The apartment is on the ground floor, and consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and large terrace overlooking the mountains and pool. In the living room there are two sofa beds. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, has a wonderful view of the pool and surrounding mountains, and if necessary it can be sheltered by a curtain that protects from the outside view.
A convenient garage is also available.
The summer pool is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers; easily accessible from the apartment, it has a wonderful view of the Grigne group.
The Residence is in the town center, and is close to all services, including restaurants, bars, coin laundry. A few meters away, there is also the path that leads to Val Biandino and the starting point of the jeep transport service of the Tavecchia Hut. Introbio is also located on the Valsassina cycle path, which connects all the towns and where you can find restaurants, bistrots and sports activities. In winter it can be used as a starting point to reach the ski slopes, which are a 10-minute drive away.
