Our charming alpine retreat offers panoramic views and a perfect location, nestled between the village center and the Piani di Bobbio ski lifts. Accommodating up to 5 guests, this property boasts spacious rooms and modern comforts. Enjoy breathtaking views from the sixth-floor balconies, easily accessible via an elevator. An underground garage is also available for an additional fee.
The apartment features a cozy living room with a seating area by the fireplace and a dining area. Wood-paneled walls create a truly mountain-inspired atmosphere! From the living room, you can access a spacious terrace with views of Mount Grigna and an outdoor dining area. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, and washing machine, as well as a small balcony with a stunning view.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed and an additional single bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub.
The condominium complex can be accessed from two sides: from Via Martiri Patrioti, you can reach the village center in just a 2-minute walk. Exiting on Via Todeschini, you'll be less than a 10-minute walk from the Piani di Bobbio cable car.
The apartment is located on the sixth floor and is accessible via an elevator, with just a couple of steps to climb from street level. Wheelchair access is possible through the garage level.
We offer a private garage on the basement level, available to rent for an additional fee of €10 per day. Alternatively, there are some free parking spots along the street.

The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
