Located on the first floor of a quiet building with a private parking space and elevator, you'll be captivated by the terrace overlooking the Grigne mountain range, clearly visible through the large windows in the living room. Furnished in a mountain style and equipped with every comfort, it serves as a convenient base for reaching the Valsassina mountains. The proximity to Lake Como also allows you to reach its shores in less than twenty minutes by car.
The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV, dining area, sofa bed, and kitchenette. From the living area, you can access the large terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture to enjoy spectacular sunsets. To the right of the entrance, you’ll find the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is fully equipped: high-speed Internet, washer and dryer, dishwasher, iron, oven, microwave, kettle, induction hob, hairdryer, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils. The apartment is also provided with bed linens, towels, and a welcome kit with quality shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper, and dish soap; in the kitchen, you'll find coffee, oil, salt, and pepper, enough to start enjoying the home immediately.

For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
