I didnt stay at the hotel and was still charged for the days even though they marked me as a no show. I didnt make the reservations. And they will not return my money. I have nver stayed with them and will never stay with them and tell everyone I know not to stay there. Horrible and rude service when I called to talk to them about it.

The room was clean and freezing cold. The bathroom only had a 1/4 inch of toilet paper left on the roll for two women for two nights. I had to go to front deck for toilet paper. Then, there were only four pieces of Kleenex in the Kleenex box in the bathroom. I had to take a box off the cleaning cart outside another room. The plug on the bath tub did not close to take a bath. It had to be replaced. The maintenance man tried to fix our air conditioner. But it did not solve the problem. We had to go to sleep with our sweatshirts on and take off in the middle of the night because it got to be 80° in the room. Then it went back to freezing. All night long it went back and forth. Could not sleep more than an hour at a time. The staff was nice. Continental breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs and sweet bread, assortment of juice, cold cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, make your own waffle. Eggs were pre salted. Too much salt for me. But the other people seemed to be happy with their breakfast. The pool looked nice. I didn’t go in. One boy I asked if it was heated and he said, no, very cold. Definitely not happy with the thermostat or lack there of. No fan in bathroom for steamed up mirrors or other odors. Just a little strange.

This was an overnight stop on my return to AZ. Picked it as it was far east as I wanted to go by 10pm (the alternative was Blythe not than an hour ruther east). Pleasant place with a mid-century modern vibe. New modern bathroom fixtures and overall good condition for what is likely an ‘80s or 90s build. Breakfast was ok, not remarkable. But did have a waffle maker👍

I checked in at about 8PM on a Tuesday. I got a key and then went to eat. I returned at 9, very tired, only to find out that the key did not work. I returned to the office and got it charged correctly. When I opened the door, the room was a mess and had not been cleaned from the last customer. I call the desk to ask for a new room, and her response to me was I had had a key for over an hour. I had to remind her that she had just charged a key that did not work. I was given the room next door. As soon as the door closed, a fly landed on my head. The fly and I battled for the next 30 minutes. When I sat on the bed, it squeeked like a scalded cat. Thank God, I had asked for 2 queens or I never would have slept. At 5:30 am, I am trying to get cleaned up to begin my trip. I am immeditley attacked by the fly again. I get the shower going to just the right temp and have just gotten myself covered in water when a fire/smoke alarm goes off in the room. I jump out of the shower, not knowinig who or when someone might respond to this very loud alarm. As I am standing in the middle of the bedroom, naked and wet, the alarm goes off just as suddenly as it started. I dressed and left asap, never to return.

Comfort and Convenience

We enjoyed our one night stop at Signature. It was right off the freeway. The property is well maintained. The room was very comfortable and accommodated our dog very well. The air conditioner was controlled by a thermostat so we could not run the fan continually as I prefer. There were not any restaurants close by except Starbucks, but it was next door to the casino which probably had a restaurant. The bed was comfortable and there was a bathtub also, a must for my husband. The pool was small and I did not see a hot tub, but they might have one. We would stay there again if passing through.

Staff was very helpful for cool spots around area, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great, room was clean, area was clean, reception was beautiful, BED WAS AMAZING! Tub was clean, I actually took a bath, I never take baths in hotels, this one was so clean, I took a bath in it. Parking was also good. I have to say, this place was by far, an awesome spot, especially when traveling and needing rest, thank you so much for that. Did I mention the price was really affordable?
