It was the little things like the code being set to something that was easy to remember, having umbrellas available and the big things like working with us during check in and check out. Our host was amazing and the house has everything we needed.

I've stayed here a few times now, and every time it's been fantastic. Close by to the stadium and ICC, plenty of available parking for our troupe (four cars), and everything was well-set for our arrival. They worked with us to extend our stay to check in one day earlier and it was smooth as butter. Always at the top of my list for vacation rentals in Indy!

Great location - Host is Great!

We had a great stay, there was plenty of room for our group and the house was furnished with everything we could have needed. The host was great about communicating and answered questions or addressed issues very quickly. It was a great location for what we were in town for!

Wonderful place to stay with access to Lucas Oil Stadium

Really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. So comfortable and convenient. We stayed for 10 days during the Olympic trials for swimming and the property was perfect for our long stay. We really appreciated the location, the garage and the air conditioning.

Convention Accommodation

A number of us were attending a convention at the Indiana Convention Center and this home worked out very well for us. A very doable 1 mile walk to the convention. Nice, comfortable, well cared for home.

Just as Described

This is the perfect place to stay if going to an event at Lucas Oil Stadium. It's a short, safe walk. It's also a short drive or Uber ride to the speedway, restaurants, pretty much anything you want to do in Indy. The house was stocked will everything we needed and then some.

We really enjoyed our stay. Sarah was awesome. Unfortunately we were not able to check in early due to the house being rented the night before, but Sarah was kind enough to let us drop our things off early. We really appreciate that! Thank you!

Nice house at a Great price!

"Communication with Property Manager" would be a 10 out of 5, if I was able to rate it higher! Had a small problem (light bulb burned out, no big deal) and the Property Manager had lightbulbs and a snack delivered to our house within an hour! Exemplary service and support! Also, we spent hours in the pool table room.

Bills Mafia Invades Indianapolis

We had a wonderful visit in Indy! We’ve stayed in quite a few VRBOs around the country and I have to say this was one of the best we’ve stayed in…everything was so well-organized and Sarah thought of everything to make her guests comfortable. We had an issue with the coffee maker and she had a new one delivered right away. Her place was located in a perfect spot for any events located near Lucas Oil Field or the downtown area. We parked our car in the garage when we arrived and we’re able to easily walk to every place we needed to go. We look forward to coming back to Indy and staying with you in the future!

Small but mighty!

This house is small, but full of treasures. From the pool table, to a closet full of games, to video games, there are lots of ways to make some family memories while staying in. House has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Owner had everything labeled, a binder full of information on items in the house, and things to do around town. Very well organized!We were there for a band competition at the Lucas Oil Stadium. It isn’t the easiest walk there (not always a sidewalk or crosswalk available), but still doable. Would stay there again in the future.

Great Intergenerational Stay and Eclipse viewing

We enjoyed this property very much. Sarah has added so many nice touches to this house. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee, the Indianapolis information notebook, the games (and pool table!) for all ages. The location is downtown - we enjoyed a visit to the zoo. Of course, we had easy access for Eclipse viewing right outside our house or in the White River State Park. The rooms were very comfortable. My one negative comment was with pricing. While I understand that this was Eclipse weekend and everything was expensive, I did not understand the ‘booking fees’. This felt like a hidden expense and did add substantially to the nightly fee.

AMAZING!!!

The host was very communicative and informative prior to our departure date. That already made a massive impact, but let me tell you…. I’m sure Indianapolis isn’t a major destination, but if you find yourself there, stay here! The pool table and electronic dart board were awesome. There is also a Brita in the refrigerator- plus!!! The location is amazing. If you’re a Colts fan (that’s why we stayed here), this is the place. Stadium view from the house & it’s a 15 minute walk to Touchdown Town. The nightlife is a 20 minute walk, however, sooo worth it. Amazing host, VERY spacious home with wonderful add-ons, fabulous location. STAY HERE!!!

10 Day Indy Stay

Overall, this property had everything we needed and was located close to everywhere we needed to be. The property owner reached out to us prior to us arriving to ensure we had everything we needed. She was responsive and very professional. The neighborhood was not the best but access to the garage added that little piece of mind we needed to feel secure. The house is older and the windows are thin so it does get a bit loud at night. Not excessive but noticeable. The only issue we had was the walkway between the garage and back door was a bit overgrown and stays wet days after a rain. That was a minor thing for us however as it provided some privacy. Really, the place was about perfect for us. Would definitely recommend/stay here again.

Excellent Location and Beautiful House

The house is really great. Everything on the inside is so comfortable and updated. The game room has a pool table and a closet filled with games and books! The kitchen table has plenty of seats and the kitchen itself is so well appointed. The bathrooms are all new and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of fans in each room to be able to create a comfortable sleeping environment. It's so close to downtown and restaurants. We came in for Indy and the location was perfect for our seats in the Southwest View. It was about 20 minutes there and 13 minutes to get home. There was plenty of street parking and the garage is attached to the house and property for easy access. We loved it and we really appreciated the text message from the host the day of our travel so we knew who to contact if anything came up, but nothing came up. It was so smooth and we had a great vacation!

Excellent Location, Beautiful House!

We loved staying here! We came in Memorial Day weekend for the Indy. It was the perfect location for our entrance to the Southern area. With Indy traffic it was just about 20 minutes to drive in, and 13 minutes to get back to the rental after the race. The house itself has everything. It's really nice. Perfect for race weekend! The inside is all new and done very nicely. The beds were all super comfortable. We got this as a last minute rental (about 4 weeks out from Indy), but it was perfect! The kitchen is great. We had so much fun playing games around the kitchen table. There's a ton of places to eat within 2 miles of downtown. The host was very nice and sent us a text, in case we needed anything, which we didn't. Everything was taken care of for us. We had plenty of parking on the street, and there's also a connected garage out the back. We are already planning to come back next year! It was a last minute choice, but a really pleasant surprise for sure.
