Beautiful views, great host

Stunning views of lake tahoe from the balconies off what seemed like every room. House has a great movie theater downstairs with loungers. Convenient location in Incline. Spacious house with all the amenities. Only minor detail is we were there on one of the hottest days of the year and the upstairs can get a bit toasty since there is no a/c (nor was that advertised) but you probably only need it 2 days a year. Steven the host is extremely responsive. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Great for the Family!

Perfect place to stay for a variety of ages in the family. Plenty of room, great kitchen for big meals, close to the best beaches and awesome hiking trails. Also, deck has plenty of space and shade in the summer if you just want to chill and see the lake!

Perfect place to gather with family

Enough room for privacy. Balcony and kitchen were excellent sized for everyone to come together. It was very comfortable (a little dated which made it that much more comfortable - like visiting a family cabin) and easy to navigate. Work with owner for ‘how to’s ‘ before you stay to save time - no documentation for house. Didn’t watch tv so don’t know much about that. Hot tub was ready to go upon arrival. Would love to come yearly!

Family getaway

Great property located high in the mountain above incline village. Excellent views of Lake Tahoe. Lots of deck space. Nice bonus to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 kids (toddler and infant). Communication with Steve (property manager) was good.

Great place for a Tahoe trip

Spent the weekend there with my family to celebrate my dad's birthday. Beautiful home and enough room for everyone. Steven was responsive and helpful. A little difficulty connecting to some systems but overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

An amazing location for nature and views

This neighborhood is beautiful and restful, and the house is in the perfect location. It backs up to Forest Service land, and a short but strenuous hike up the back takes you to a trail with breathtaking views of the lake. A short hike along the trail brings you to a vista of a creek which in April was flowing with melting snow, and you could see small waterfalls along it. We thought we would drive elsewhere to hike but ended up just hiking out the backyard. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, where due to the steep slope each street has views of the lake. There are interesting modern houses throughout. The house itself is functional; it has 80s/90s decor, but everything works great, and there are a lot of thoughtful touches like benches for taking shoes off outside the doors. We used the wood burning stove and the hot tub; everything was well set up for that. There was only one desk and that had a mirror behind it (closet doors); it might make sense to but another portable desk or table with chair in the entertainment room in case people need to do zoom calls. We brought a tripod and backdrop so could block the mirror and that worked great.

Awesome cabin, but place is dirty

We love how easy it was to check it. The place was awesome. The cleanliness of the place was below average. We had to wash all the bedsheet and comforters in all the rooms. There were bloodstains in the master comforter and the sheets were dirty in all the rooms. The decorative pillows have white stains. Looks like they have never been washed. Some of the dishes were dirty as well. Overall it’s a 7/10 but it could have been easily been 10/10 if the place was clean.

Spring Break 2021

The 7 of us enjoyed this spacious home. We loved that it was pet friendly as our 2 dogs were kept only on the main floor and they enjoyed themselves as well. Our favorite part was how close it was to such a beautiful hike. The weather couldn't have been better for us.

Fantastic house with incredible views

My friends and I recently stayed here. Stephen couldn't have been more helpful as a host. The house was clean, spacious, had an incredible kitchen, and the decks were absolutely spectacular. The views were wonderful. It's on a quiet street so, which was so nice, but close to everything! Highly recommend.

Great stay. Home was clean and well equipped. The home had the perfect sized dinning table for our party of 9. Really short and easy drive to Diamond Peak and Raleys for groceries. Plus, the views from the home's many balconies were phenomenal! Highly recommend!

Beautiful property

From check in too check out it was fantastic, the owner Steven was always available for any questions. Tv’s and WiFi worked perfectly. The property was amazing with tons of room for everyone. The downside was we were there for the snow and it wasn’t there but no fault of anyone’s but luck of the draw, very warm week the week we stayed, shorts and t-shirt weather! The property is truly amazing with beautiful views of Lake Tahoe! I highly recommend! Vern

Beautiful Home. Relaxing stay.

My family and I had an amazing time here. The home was just as described! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Enough space for every one including our two dogs. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, and a cozy theater room. Steven was such a great host. We would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Views, would stay here again.

Wonderful views from every lakeside window and balcony. The house was great and was as listed. Wi-Fi was solid, the rooms were spacious, and I loved the fireplace (with easy access to firewood provided by the host). We were a small group so we didn't use the entire home to its capacity but it has more than enough room for a large family party. Check-in was easy and the host was super responsive to questions, in particular on how to set up the hot tub which we recommend. The kitchen was well equipped with all basic cooking equipment (the stove was awesome!), though I would recommend the host get few more large coffee mugs which are most for cozying up around the fireplace or drinking morning coffee on the balcony. If I have to complain I one thing, and it's honestly minor, I missed out on the barrel-aged whiskey, the barrel in the kitchen was tapped out. But other than that I highly recommend this home when staying in Tahoe. It's a comfy homey stay with modern amenities. Would stay here again.

Breathtaking view

The view was stunning - and plenty of balconies to view it from. We were there at the peak of the Aspen trees which made it extra amazing. Plenty of room, great TVs, and surprisingly good WiFi that supported 3 of us doing video conferences during the day. It was very quiet at all times - very relaxing and peaceful.

Incline Getaway

Property looks better online than it is. Pretty dated house but we had a good time there. Check-in was super easy. Internet didn’t work which was annoying as it was a business group. Overall it worked well for our group

Excellent Stay in Incline Village

We were a group of 6 adults and this home had more than enough space and amenities to meet our needs. First of all the location is perfect. It is not too far from the main road but far enough to have that private/quiet feeling. Secondly the appearance and comfort of the home is outstanding. The common areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are well equipped, comfortable, and well appointed. The linens and towels were of good quality and plentiful. Thirdly, the views were beautiful and just as pictured in the photos. And we accessed the trail located through the back of the house for even more spectacular views. (Just keep walking a ways straight up from the back of the house to find the trail). And lastly the owner was very friendly, responsive and accommodating before, during, and after our stay. We hope to rent this property again the next time we are in the area.

Great roomy house with beautiful views

The house was perfect for our family. We had 4 adults working remotely and the internet was great!! House was perfect for a large group...huge, well stocked kitchen, large dining table and plenty of room for relaxing. Hot tub was VERY private. Communication with Steve was prompt and helpful. Location was close to many hiking trails. Grocery was less than 10 minutes away (by car). We would stay again!!

My first 5 star review! Fantastic family vacation

This place was everything as described and made for a great family vacation. The gourmet kitchen had every appliance and amenity to create the perfect gourmet meal. We had one good day of lake views and thoroughly enjoyed that! The owner was very responsive to every inquiry and request. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home + Breathtaking Views

If this property is available I recommend booking ASAP. We have stayed in many vacation rentals before but this property stands heads above the rest. The layout is perfect for groups, the living room & kitchen are ideal for congregating without feeling cramped, and the amenities (movie room & hot tub) keep everyone entertained for hours. On top of that, the views from each deck are breathtaking and there is plenty of seating outside. Next time we are back in Lake Tahoe, this is where we will want to stay!

Wonderful house for a group!

The home was spacious and the deck has a great view. Steven (owner) was really helpful and responsive on returning emails during our visit. We made wonderful memories and would go back again.
