It is located in the middle of the island halfway between joinville port (5 mins by bike) and St Sauveur (2 mins by bike). Any comfort (TV, Blue-ray, washing machine, board games ...) The nearest beach is 800m away. Possibility to park a car in the walled garden. Central heating (heat pump) for those who wish to go there out of season.
