Appartement sale

Nous avons apprécié la très bonne situation de l'appartement et son côté fonctionnel.La très grande terrasse est très agréable et bien protégée.Cependant, nous avons trouvé un appartement sale avec de la présence de moisissures et des mauvaises odeurs ont persisté sur toute la durée de notre séjour bien que nous ayons abondamment aéré.A noter également que le détecteur incendie n'est pas opérationnel.Les photos de l'annonce ne représentent pas la réalité.La propriétaire nous a expliqué avoir eu un dégât des eaux quelques jours auparavant mais ne pas avoir pu effectuer des travaux avant de nous louer le bien.Nous sommes contrariés par cette situation et cet appartement n'aurait pas du être loué dans cet état..

Appartement très bien situé près du bord de mer, bien aménagé avec belle terrasse extérieure pour profiter. Parking dans la résidence super! Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits. tout a été impeccable. la communication avec la propriétaire est au top!! Merci à vous. Plage à proximité proche, départ de la navette pour porquerolles ainsi que des sentiers avec points de vue magnifiques. La presqu’île de Giens est paisible en avril!! Et plein de visites à faire à proximité … Je recommande vivement cet appartement

Super séjour !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, emplacement au top pour les activités nautiques , la plage ,restos etc Le petit appart est bien équipé , agréable, la terrasse ombragée et piscine juste à côté sont vraiment des points positifs. De très bonnes vacances pour nous, merci Nathalie et Carlo pour les arrangements !

Très grande terrasse ombragée. Emplacement très proche des criques magnifiques et à côté de l'embarcadère pour porquerolles. Il manquerait un ventilateur supplémentaire, en période de canicule..

Séjour correct mais...

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans ce logement. Quelques problèmes avaient été signalés par la propriétaire (défaut de fonctionnement du lave-vaisselle, tache dans la chambre, pommeau de douche), ce qui aurait déjà justifié une baisse de prix selon nous. Prix qui nous paraissait déjà un peu élevé compte tenu du fait qu'aucun service n'est fourni. La description du lieu est globalement correcte SAUF une mention FAUSSE : le logement est annoncé comme non-fumeur, or un fumeur y avait séjourné semble t-il tout l'hiver et nous avons passé tout le week-end dans une horrible odeur de tabac froid. Tout en était imprégné : et notamment les matelas, oreillers, couvertures, dessus de lit et de canapé... Tout notre linge, sur cette courte durée, en a été imprégné également. Nous avons eu aussi une invasion de fourmis, qui sortaient de la plaque à induction... Donc nous suggérons fortement à la propriétaire d'engager les remises en état nécessaires AVANT de démarrer les locations, ou à défaut de baisser significativement son prix de basse saison. Un remboursement de la moitié de notre location nous paraîtrait correct. Nous l'incitons de même à effectuer la désinfection nécessaire après occupation du logement par un/des fumeur/s. Et à défaut, de ne pas le signaler comme non-fumeur.

Logement très agréable

Appartement fonctionnel et assez grand pour 5 personnes. La terrasse est très grande et ombragée, proche de la piscine. Idéalement situé près de la tour fondue. On a adoré !
