We have stayed here often but we were disappointed this time. Unit D3 is dirty and had many worn out features like torn chairs. The gas fireplace did not work. It was not terrible but it’s not the quality you would expect for a high cost rental.

"I’ll start by saying that I booked this hotel because we were traveling to Zion National Park with our family and child for two nights. The hotel itself is small and located right by the road. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy suitcases, be prepared to carry them up to the second floor yourself.
The pillows in our room were in poor condition — clearly old and lumpy, which made sleeping uncomfortable. In the shower, there was only one half-used tube of cream, and the shower curtain was dirty. The breakfasts were very limited, and we were still hungry afterward.
I paid more than $200 for this hotel, and I believe that is far too expensive for what this place offers."
