My Happy Placemakr

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and it was quiet. You couldn't hear people in the hall or the room next door. I felt safe staying here alone. You had to have a code to get into the building from the parking garage, and to use the elevators, so random people can't just come in. The keypad at the garage doors wasn't working on my floor so I had to take the elevator up a flight to get in the building. But I assume that was just a temporary issue. Most of my communication with staff was done by text, which I liked. They were quick to respond and very helpful and friendly. The location is great. There are several restaurants nearby, a lot of them are within walking distance. (I highly recommend the jalapeño cornbread at Blue Oak BBQ.) The Orion Amphitheater is about a 3 minute walk away; Topgolf is right behind the hotel. The area is a nice, safe place and has a pretty laid back vibe. I will definitely be staying here again.

Love the value of this property. Huge space with separate bedroom area and nice balcony was great. Great location as well with a ton of stuff to do all around. Only downside was it was advertised as a queen bed but it was actually a full and the sheets were not comfortable either. All in all a good stay though.

Do not stay here even though it is new!

Our room had concrete floor with paint all over because they were not yet put flooring down, shower had not been cleaned, mattress was like sleeping on a piece of plywood, pillows were like paper. They should have completed the construction of the rooms before renting them out. Rented a king bed room, but bed was a full size. They should have completed construction before renting the rooms out. Terrible waste of money.

I felt slighted because there were several amenities that we couldn't do because the building was still under construction... Request a balcony for the view but all I saw was trash dumps and construction trucks... Don't let people stay until you are done...

Had a great stay! Very clean and close to a lot of great restaurants. It is still under construction so I found it really difficult to figure out what door to get in. I called 5 times so someone could direct me but no one picked up. Other than those things everything else was great. I would stay here again!

The room had rusty nails hanging out of the ceilings and the floor was just concrete and paint all over the floor. The ceiling was unfinished and can see all the electrical wiring. Front desk said that was a finished roomed. Only way to get a room with floors and finished ceilings starts at level 3 and up. The blinds were very thin.

This was an excellent spot. I loved the location with all of the restaurant and cafe. My room was excellent, it was home away from home. Clean, new, cute and comfy. I'll certainly be back.
