The staff were super friendly. They definitely went above and beyond. However, the rooms are old and outdated. Not as clean as they should be. Mold in the bathroom on the floor by the tub and in the tub. The room was definitely rough but I had limited options due to it being college graduation weekend. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean but the rooms need some work. Also, one of the elevators wasn’t running so you were waiting a while especially with it being fully booked because of the graduations.

The beds were too hard and not comfortable. Could not watch any local channels. Called down to guest services said there was nothing they can do. Had to take 2 lightbulbs that were burnt out to be replaced. No continental breakfast because oven/stove was broken. Will never stay there again.

The breakfast was OK. Their warmers went out so we could not have the hot breakfast items and the beds were terrible. The beds were so hard. It felt like you were literally sitting on the floor. I would’ve been better off sleeping in my car.

The front desk young man that checked us in was top tier! He was so sweet and friendly. He was welcoming and helpful. But our first room had roaches so I had to get our room changed and the next room was dirty everywhere and hair in the bathroom everywhere. We tuffed it out for the night but it was nasty. But the front desk guy should get a award for being a sweety.
