Bedroom 2 has a day bed with a twin mattress and a roll out twin bed below it. There is also an additional twin XL bed . There is a bonus work desk at the top of the stairs with great ocean and sunset views while your working from home. Downstairs has large flat screen TV including spectrum cable, an electric LED fireplace , dining table and great kitchen. Great WiFi throughout. Comes with a designated parking spot for the renter conveniently located below in the gated parking garage. A few flights of stairs and your home. Plenty of guest parking. The pool is ocean front and there is also a private BBQ area and sand fire pits. No smoking or pets allowed. Proper ID and signed rental agreement required prior to check in.
