Features include a huge stone fireplace as the centerpiece of the house that extends from the basement thru to the 2nd story vaulted ceiling. The two-story living room has a magnificent floor-to-ceiling glass prowl that shows off the expansive views of the lake. The first floor has a large master bedroom and 2 spacious bedrooms with beautiful views. The first floor also has a large eat-in kitchen for all of your favorite family meals. Two large secluded and private bonus rooms are located on the 2nd story with a loft. The walkout basement is fully furnished with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the hearth stove and built-in steam room. The patio is a large area with has 2000 square feet that can hold beautiful events. (Events at the Crown Jewel Vista need to be booked accordingly) The laundry facility is also located in the basement. All wooded acreage extends from the top of the mountain just above Raystown River to just below the dam. The property extends about .9 miles along Terrance Mountain.
