It is a budget hotel, not the Ritz. Bearing that in mind, i had a great 4 weeks there. The room was nice, spacious, and serviced daily. Staff were fabulous, and the location, for me, was spot on. I like to walk daily, and shops, restaurants, and evening entertainment were all close to hand. Great beach just 5 minutes walk away, and on baht bus route.

Check in was easy, the room was clean and spacious, but run down. We were told the TV didn't work. I also learned there was no hot water. They tried fixing it but to no avail. No offer for a discount or any other solution. The accommodations themselves were threadbare, water stains in the ceiling. The location is ideal but I'd not return to this one. The picture i was shown when booking the room was completely diffrent i suffered from sore throat once i started brushing my teath so i put a glass of water in a glass to find cloudy brown water so i started using bottled water i dont know how this is a sujte room do they mean worthers originals anway only come here if you are happy to catch a infection also i complained on my first day but no one cares so what type of hotel is this cant say no more dont waste your money here.

Decent location

Nicha is a few minutes walk from a western mall offering the complete mall experience. At the mall there is a footbridge and also a dedicated crossing point with which to cross the road . The beach is then a few minutes walk away . The hotel is good and there is good parking on a grass site behind down a narrow alley. The room was spacious and comfortable but the hot water can take two minutes to flow thru . Persevere as is is a good powerful shower . There is a good trad Thai noodle and rice restaurant two doors down and a German bakery with cafe five doors up . All in a good stay

The Room was a good size but not as good as the picture in the advertisement. The room was clean and a good air conditioning, had good Wifi connection. The safe was broken so they moved us to another room which was good. Staff were friendly. Location was close to beach, but the nightlife and shopping area was a few kilometres away. And the local taxis expensive.. Saw plenty of other rooms available a lot cheaper and closer to amenities. Over all was ok.

The wardrobe area and draws a bit shy. The mattress on the bed was smaller than the wooden base;It was an obstruction and caused bruising on the legs when in conflict.

Very solid for the price and location.

This is a good hotel considering the location and the room. It is a clean and basic room. Good bed. Hot water and cold ac. There is not much to it but it is just fine. It is near a skybridge. 10 minute walk to the beach if you walk slow and it is a 5 minute walk to Bluport shopping center.

Room was big and clean but the wifi didn't work in our room. When the staff came to check to see if it worked on her phone then the wifi worked with our door open but not when it was closed. Hotels on a very busy street with lots of traffic noise at night.
