PLEASE READ!! HEALTH RISK! Our first night there was horrible we checked in things were good room looked nice had a room on the bottom level with a window facing the parking lot. Well we went to bed that night and at 7am my husband woke up panicked bc our room smelt like exhaust fumes as if there was a car running inside our room so I go to the window and sure enough there’s an old van running the was backed into the parking spot and there exhaust was less then 8ft from our window and ac/ heater the was under the window. So we went to the staff and told them and they said they could change us room which we agreed to IT TOOK THEM 3+ HOURS TO MOVE US. So bc we had nowhere else to go we were stuck in this room until another “opened up” I continued to have migraines and felt horrible the entire day. The lady at the desk was laughing when we told her what was going on so we asked to speak with the manager and we had to chase her and switch our schedule just to get to talk to her. And when we finally got to talk to her she said “there’s nothing I can do to accommodate you if the incident was in the parking lot” it was their fan sucking in the fumes. Long story short we filed with their higher ups and a whole investigation will be done and this is a Risk to everyone.
