There are positive things to mention about this property as there are with most short term rentals. Unfortunately, this review isn’t a positive one.I’ll mention the landscaping was maintained and inviting, although nails coming out of the steps & banisters wasn’t so great. The structure of the home is un-level throughout the entire domicile that create uneven floors that aren’t easy to navigate. The floor outside the bathtub in the master bedroom is soft & feels as it will be falling through if not addressed soon. I was coughing so loudly while asleep the first night that my MIL heard me from the other room. My 4yo also got a runny nose on the third night which lead me to notice the 1/4” layer of dust resting atop of the fan blades. Not exaggerating, photos attached. The floor in the living room & kitchen did seem to have been cleaned before arrival but that was the extent of effort to clean the home. The huge glass French doors to afford you the view of the bay that sells you on this property when looking for a place to stay isn’t as grand when you have to look through layers of dirt on the glass. Lastly, the water-roach infestation in the kitchen was what led me to write this review. I understand I’m focusing on everything negative here but it’s what stood out & needs to be mentioned as reviews are meant to be as informative & truthful as possible. My wife reached out about the infestation and the expired water filter for the fridge. They responded but ignored the roaches.
