First Floor: A bedroom with a full bathroom, perfect for guests who prefer easy access without stairs.

Second Floor: The main living area features a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, a bedroom, and a convenient half bathroom—ideal for entertaining or family time.

Third Floor: The luxurious master suite includes an ensuite bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer for convenience and privacy.

The home also includes high-speed internet, making it perfect for work, streaming, or staying connected while enjoying your stay.


Other Things to Note
ID Verification: Government-issued ID is required for all guests 21 and older. Unlike hotels, we do not have a front desk to verify IDs in person, and with 50+ properties under management, we cannot be on-site for check-in. Therefore, IDs are verified digitally through our app after booking is confirmed. Our team is available for any emergencies or day-to-day inquiries during your stay.

Refundable Security Deposit: A $350 refundable security deposit is required after booking. This incidental charge covers any potential issues with items being misplaced or damaged during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of checkout once the property is confirmed to be in good condition.
