I booked our 2 day stay via Travelocity for 400 USD! When my son and I arrived, they told me that they have to charge 49 USD more for a deposit which I would get reimbursed after 2 or 3 days. This was on March, the 18th. When I checked out, my invoice was for 499 USD! And the ‘deposit’ was not integrated at all in the final amount of the invoice.? Even if they would reimburse me tomorrow the 49 USD, they still overcharged me 51 USD!!

the staff was great was easy to check in the food was good and clean area room was clean also my issue was the bed were so uncomfortable in the middle of bed seems like there was bricks underneath not a good night sleep also the area for breakfast and kick back so very overcrowded if you have issues in crowded places this is not for you it seemed to me for this Saturday evening way to crowded we chose to go eat somewhere else for breakfast again over crowded

What was pretty cool about the hotel other than it being so nice and clean was the complimentary adult beverages per each night stay. They even had dinner for the hotel guest, alongside with virgin drinks for kids and snacks all for free during 5:30pm-7pm. Hotel staff was super nice and polite. The guy behind front desk named mark was truly a pleasure to be welcomed by. Will definitely be staying at this location again the next time I come to Houston. 10/10 all around.

Room was super clean, love the mid-century retro style which is apparently part of a recent property upgrade/renewal. Seemingly new appliances in the kitchenette, very comfortable beds and fresh, clean bedding. The door-code automated entry worked fine. The kitchenette features a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, and a small microwave. Plenty of towels in the bathroom with a walk-in shower; however, the bathroom sink didn’t drain well and the drain/stopper hardware was in disrepair. It was quite chilly when we were there but the wall-mounted A/C system worked well and was easy to adjust. Overall, we were very satisfied and both agree that, of the three Tybee properties we’ve stayed at, this is the one we would gladly return to and would feel comfortable recommending.comfortable queen beds that appeared new as well.
