Nice house in a great location. Only 15min to downtown hot springs. House was very clean and cozy. Back porch/patio was great for drinking coffee and watching deer in the mornings. 10/10 recommend.

Such a beautiful home! Peaceful, roomy, gorgeous & still close to everything in town. Deer came out while we were grilling dinner, such a beautiful sight. My kids were stoked! Definitely recommend staying here. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Super easy check in, house was immaculate as soon as we walked in, bathrooms clean and well stocked, kitchen spotless and had all the essentials, washer and dryer are new and well maintained, bed rooms all clean and super comfortable beds, smart tvs in every bedroom was nice feature, and having a garage to park in is always great. Bonus, being on 12 acres really made the place your own and at night around the fire pit we even saw a family of 4 deer. Very cool.Close to everything we needed, gas, grocery, restaurants and only 15min from down town or Garvan Woodland Gardens. Excellent stay, and would love to come back
