Air conditioner was loud all night. Bathtub wouldn't drain while taking a shower. Made coffee in the room and there was stuff floating in the cup. I dumped it down the drain. Would not stay here again.

Feel slightly bamboozled. This had a 9.2 review rating! No way, they must of paid someone off. Only reason Im giving a 2 rating vs 1 is because the customer service was excellent & breakfast was good. The room including our suite was a total dive! The rooms would have been great back in the 80 & 90's. Super old & damaged walls & furniture. Beds are totally sunk in could feel springs on the edge of beds but surprisingly comfortable to sleep on. Was expecting to stay at a nice hotel with a 9.2 review but absolutely not! This should be rated no more than 6-7.

I noticed prior to checking in I noticed my card was charged 1/2 the price of our room the day prior on 10/9. Then when we checked in I specifically said that all we should be charged was the remaining amount as I’ve already been charged 1/2. She said yes! I looked a hour later to see they charged the full amount of the room which was over $196 extra of what they already charged me! No one could tell me why and the manager never called me back and today when I checked out the family ahead of me had the same thing happen to them. I’ve been traveling for years I am aware I’m usually charged day of check in a $50 I’ve never had a hotel chain double charge with no explanation other than computers are funny when they glitch per front desk on 10/10 when I called about the charge! Our first room they gave us before even opening the door a strong strong poop odor we opened the door almost vomited! Horrible experience with zero accountability!

The staff was very helpful & friendly. Our room was cleaned & the beds were comfortable. The bathroom tubwas a bit slippery. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. I shall return.
