The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on April 20, 2026.

Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• A large heated swimming pool
• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children's playground
• A full tennis and play court

Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

PLEASE NOTE – FOR STAYS BEFORE APRIL 20, 2026:
The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to April 20, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances.

Loved the view of Diamond Head as soon as you walked in. Stunning! The unit is very nicely upgraded and decorated. Every amenity was available. Modern and comfortable. Very nice stay- walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. Very nice location.

This was an awesome place to stay at. The entire unit was clean and modern. The bathroom was very nice with a heated bidet. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking simple meals. Plenty of storage to feel settled in. The unit had beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler available for use. We were traveling with our 13m old and it was very easy to get the place baby proofed. The building was great - clean, easy to get to, ample parking and the elevators were brand new. The pool deck was under construction during our stay but I’m sure once it’s done it will be very nice. Communication with the property manager (Midway Vacations) was very smooth with quick responses and timely delivery of requested soap refills. We would choose to stay here again!
