Beautiful Oceanfront 2BR/2BA Condo Panoramic Ocean Views | 3rd Floor 🌴🌊☀️

We purchased our condo in 2007 and immediately fell in love with the peaceful oceanfront setting. Kulakane is a small, intimate property where the soothing sound of the waves and the fresh sea breeze create a truly relaxing atmosphere. One of our favorite experiences is watching the morning sun illuminate Molokaʻi while the early light dances across the breaking waves. As beautiful as the sunsets are, the mornings here are equally magical.

Maui is especially meaningful to us because both of our children have made the island their home. One lives in Pāʻia and the other in Hali'imaile. They each met their spouses here, were married on the island, and have built their lives in this special place. Being able to spend time with family while enjoying all that Maui has to offer makes every visit unforgettable.

Our perfect morning begins with an early walk, followed by coffee on the lanai while watching the ocean come to life. We enjoy reading, spotting sea turtles in the water below, and keeping an eye out for the season's first whale sightings. Add a rainbow to the scene, and it doesn't get much better than that.

The lanai is truly the heart of our condo. We enjoy every meal outdoors while taking in the spectacular ocean views and warm tropical breezes. With overhead protection from occasional rain and shades for sunny afternoons, it's a comfortable gathering place throughout the day. Whether we're dining, relaxing, reading, or enjoying a friendly card game, the lanai is where we spend most of our time.

We also love exploring the area on foot. Scenic walks along the shoreline toward Kā‘anapali are a favorite, while the trails and hills around Kapalua offer a more active adventure. The location provides easy access to many of West Maui's most beautiful beaches, coastal paths, and outdoor activities.

With direct ocean access right in front of Kulakane, it's easy to enjoy swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, or simply watching the ever-changing ocean. During the winter months, the surf can provide exciting entertainment as surfers ride the waves and humpback whales make their seasonal appearance offshore.

One of Kulakane's most cherished traditions is the Friday evening poolside pupu gathering, where guests come together to share stories, tips, and favorite Maui experiences. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet both first-time visitors and longtime guests who return year after year. Many people fall in love with Kulakane's friendly atmosphere just as much as they fall in love with Maui itself, and it's easy to see why so many guests make this special place part of their annual tradition. 🌴🌊☀️
