Single Traveller. Expedia Platinum. I stayed 4 nights in the OSIM suite....I have stayed at lots of properties (including other Dorsett properties in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia)...this is the worst. Sadly, the staff are just unwelcoming and uncaring. I ask a simple question and get completely ignored. Only one staff (I think Victoria) even helped me at the front desk. The elevators are fine, restaurant is fine, the hallways are fine, shower is fine, bed is good, suite is fine....it's just the staff. I will not return. I will stay at a competitor hotel and spend my money elsewhere.

Between Causeway Bay and Wan Chai station - about 10 min walk. Safe area and lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Room size was on the smaller side but expected for HK City hotel. Gym was good - new equipment and quiet during mornings

This is the fifth time I stayed in this hotel. This time I chose breakfast package and I made the right choice. The whole crew of staff in the restaurant provide a professional and polite service to me and my wife 以禮待人. They set the model for service industry in Hong Kong. Overall happy with Dorsett Wanchai. The breakfast is simple yet nice. Dorsett provide shuttle bus service to nearby MRT station which is very thoughtful.

Great Stay at Dorsett!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The fitness center was well-equipped which I thoroughly enjoyed. I’m also glad there was the added bonus of free laundry for gym-goers. The only tough part was the wait time for the elevator during the busy breakfast time. Other than that, I found everything else about Dorsett very easy to navigate. A very convenient bus stop right outside as well as access to other transportation. The shuttle was very helpful as well. My dad isn’t very mobile so I’m glad I got to borrow a wheelchair from the hotel as well. Great stay!
