The house was a delightful surprise in a rural area of Missouri, where our grandparents had a farm. It was well-appointed, very accommodating, clean, and within walking distance of a fabulous winery & brewery, playground, and donut shop. All our dreams came true! The owner was very reachable and attentive. We had one slight problem, and someone was at the door to address it within 15 minutes. We would definitely rent this home again.
Our local family members could easily find us. We just had to say the purple house in Holt!

The House was very comfortable. Location was perfect for our needs. However, communication was not up to standards. never received any email communication with the code to get in the door, wifi passwords or checkout instructions. I had to send messages to get all of those. Then when I had another request they didn’t respond until hours after we had already left. I feel like the management company is not up to par. If they had communicated better I would’ve given five stars.

Amazing House!

We had a group of 4 couples that stayed together here at the purple house as we had a wedding to attend at the Tobacco Barn Farm and planned to go to the winery the next morning. It was 5 mins from the wedding venue and a walk from the winery! The house was super nice and redone very well. The only issue we had was the AC wasn’t working. I contacted them directly and they had it fixed within the hour. Someone had shut off the breaker, so nothing major! The house was more than accommodating to our needs as a group. We will definitely be staying here again!
