On the top floor, the main living area showcases spectacular beach views, as well as a cozy fireplace and TV. Great room layout.

Every bedroom has it's own private bathroom. There is a comercial size ice maker, an elevator, and very easy and simple contacts. Great place.

Christmas at the beach

Due to some mobility issues following surgery,my wife needed a elevator on the top floor for the week. We basically lived on the top floor for the week. More than met our needs. Will consider in the future.

Beach Home In Surf City

We had a great time. The weather was perfect. The location was amazing. The home was one of the best we have rented to date. It is fully stocked with everything you would need. Even items for the beach were available which made it great for us, we didn’t need to bring any of it with us. One of our favorite features of the home was the elevator. It was such a relief not lugging all the heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Only disappointment was not having more time. One week wasn’t long enough for us.

The place felt like home…..anything we needed, we looked around and found. Never stayed at a rental beach home that supplied spices for stay-at-home cooking- simply loved this place. Only complaint I have is with VRBO- difficult to get anyone to answer the phones- Called multiple times on multiple days.
