The property is fine, but nothing special. Outdated, noisy, small. Kinda in the middle of nowhere. Pricey, but what isn’t anymore! Good for one or two nights so you can enjoy Saugatuck and holland

This property is in dire need of updating. The carpets, wall coverings, cutains and other upholstery is dirty and stained. We had to request another room after the first night of our stay because the toilet wasn't working properly. The ice machine was also inoperable, which is yet another exemple of the need for better upkeep and updating of the facility.

The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. There was a frequent cigarette smoke in our hallway. I reported it to the desk and told the is was probably people are smoking on outside a door and the smell must have come inside. I have asthma and that is a serious thing for me. It would be nice if smokers were not allowed to smoke at the door

Good, no frills overnight stay. A little outdated and the beds and pillows could be more comfy but for the price it was good. The room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and provided great service.

This hotel was pretty run down: peeling wallpaper, lifting/moldy caulking in the bathroom, ripped curtains, stained mattresses, no elastic in the fitted sheets/mattress protectors, smoke detector open, some kind of beetle bug in the bathroom, chipping paint, the list could go on. The saving graces for this hotel were the amazing staff, the important things being clean (bedding, toilet, etc), and the temperature control in the room working very well.
