Very impressed by the mobility accommodation. Furniture in room at levels good for supporting self. Tub had many grabbars to allow me to enter tub safely despite recent knee injury. Could have used written diections to operate the shower faucet choices. Elevators amazingly smooth, and quick, rides.

The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We ran into a problem where a high school sports team was in the hotel. They kept running up and down the halls at late hours. Even had some banging and being loud on doors. Our room was also missing an iron. We did let them know and they never brought one. We ended up using one from our friend who came with us that had the iron in her room. The breakfast was good and the pool was nice, as was the exercise room. Please bear in mind that the rooms are smaller than expected. However, its cozy so not an issue unless you are looking for space.

No one at the front desk for nearly 20min on arrival…. Then a couple hours later, again gone for 15-20mins trying to buy drinks. Other patrons also wandering around knocking on back doors trying to get help.

I really liked my stay at this hotel! Staff were very friendly, I loved that there was fresh coffee, teas, and hot chocolate that guests could get anytime for free, and the room was clean and cozy! It was a great location as well, not too close to the busy streets, but close enough that Holland and the surrounding areas were just a quick 10-20 minute drive. I would stay here again!
