This was our second stay at The Palms, The rooms are well equipped with some nice extra touches, laundry basket, usb sockets built in to the beside tables and plenty of closet space. It’s very well kept, rooms and communal areas very clean and it now has a small cafe area for drinks & snacks. It’s a little gem of a resort

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful small resort located within an urbanisation in Holetown. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained and the staff are very helpful. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and access is provided to a beach resort with a pool, bar and restaurants.

Service from staff was easily accessible but not intrusive. Surroundings clean, tasteful, comfortable and private. Venue was excellent for rest and relaxation. It was very clean and nicely decorated. They had snacks and coffee at their little cafe booth. They were very accommodating and helpful. The decor was very nice. The only date back was that it said “king” bed but it was two twins put together which we did not care for. We were on our honeymoon and gap between the beds was inconvenient. Also, the AC unit was only in the bedroom but the livingroom should have one also because it’s hot and humid.

At first I was against staying at this location as it was not ocean front. However, the view of the pool area was absolutely stunning and the location was so convenient and close to everything on the west coast including beach clubs, restaurants and night life. The 2 bedroom suite was modern, extremely clean and included a washer and drying which came in very handy for us. Each bedroom had an en suite bathroom and there were televisions in the bedrooms and the main area. The price was great considering the amenities and the location. We will be back.
