Came back yesterday. It was wonderful! This is not the high season the hotel was not full, which was just fine with me. My experience started at the airport. As soon as I disembarked from the plane there was the hotel staff member waiting to maneuver me through the long line of travelers waiting at customs. I didn’t have to wait in the long lines....now that is service! She brought me to my transportation where the driver picked me up and brought me to the hotel. At the hotel I was met with a drink, cool towel for my hands and a dessert. Staff is warm,friendly & accommodating. My room was wonderful. My only issue was the minibar was being fixed and the hot water was not available in the mornings. I complained about the water the first morning. They seemed to have addressed the issue at the time but each morning the same thing occurred. Always warm water in the afternoon and evening. The staff was wonderful! Debra the waitresses was excellent. Pearce who was everywhere was excellent and accommodating. He showed me around answered many questions about the island.Access to the beach-wonderful. Sand was soft, water was warm/crystal clear. Plenty of chairs with umbrellas-never a need to fight for chair/umbrella. Food/drink on the beach, thanks Tea! Plenty of watersports led by Ryan! Live entertainment for dinner-tasteful. Complimentary breakfast buffet-lovely. Food was good.They don’t skimp on the alcohol. Rum punch is WOW! Property clean, well kept. Will be back!
