We were very happy with our stay at Greentree Inn, Holbrook AZ. This is the second time we haved stayed there and will stay there again if needed. We really appreciated that they honored our request for the bottom floor due to being elderly. Most places won’t assign rooms until you arrive, thank you Greentree Inn. Only problem we had was the hair dryer did not work.

Room was great. Bathroom needed some attention. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door wouldn't latch closed and there was hair leftover from a previous guest.

Unfortunately it didn’t live up to the reviews. We had to spend 30 minutes cleaning the bathroom when we got there. The toilet had hairs, the shower had hairs, and the sink and countertop had LOTS of beard trimming hairs. The hand soap pump at the sink also had those hairs all over it. This kinda ruined the experience, even though the bed was comfortable and check-in was smooth and nice.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this spot. We were exhausted after traveling and exploring all day. A hot shower and a very comfy bed helped us sleep all night! The room was very clean and updated. Highly recommend for the price!

When we arrived, the trash cans were not cleaned, portions of the room were dusty, there weren't enough towels for both of us, and there was not enough toilet paper. During our stay, we had to request towels & toilet paper since maid service was every other day. Also, there was no iron, ironing board, and only 2 hangers. The pillows on our bed were woefully insufficient.
