Great location if you need a place to stay after visiting Petrified Forest National Park! Clean, modern, breakfast included, friendly front desk staff. We ate at La Mesa just down the street, at the front desk’s recommendation, and it was excellent!

Good location near the highway. Food options nearby but not walkable. Free breakfast is so-so. Our room had a noisy refrigerator that affected our sleep. Nice facilities and very good room. Best place in town.

The breakfast was disappointing but filled ‘the space’. The mattress was difficult for this arthritic body. The shower head was clogged with calcium and only 3 needle-like water streams cut into the skin. I asked the front-desk to have it cleaned after the first day and it didn’t happen so we had a second day of it. Otherwise, the property is new, well-appointed, and attractive, and the staff very courteous.
