The advantages of this property were good proximity to airport, budget-friendly, clean, easy check-in and check-out, good communication and good unit and laundry facilities. It is not a pretty location for a holiday stay however.

Arrived after hours. Easy instructions to follow. Room heater was on. Most welcome touch. Room newly renovated. Has all amenities we needed for a weekend stay. Easy driving distance to Hobart CBD and access to freeway for all Tassie has to offer. Happy to say again

Was a great place...stayed there before. My only issue was my unit for the first night was really cold, but I was thinking that no one had been in it for a little while so even though the heat pump was on when I arrived it was a bit cold for the first night.

Convenient location away from the city. Cabin wasn’t as ‘new’ as other Discovery Parks I’ve stayed in but it was clean and comfortable. Quiet and friendly staff.

Mornington stay.

Conveniently located between the airport and the city, but suffers from some early morning road noise. Pleasant room, our stay was for10 days so we used the cooking facilities, which could be modernised.

Poor communication, not welcome in by staff, noisy shower, once tap on for shower noise was extremely laud, reported to the staff while returning key on checkout, staff said it’s like that because of the electrical/Gas hot water and no apologies for inconvenience and no commitment to fix for next customer. Not recommended.

This property was not what we expect and’s after check in and inspecting, we moved out. I understand my obligation under the terms that I was liable for 50% of the total charge but they then took the full amount and refused to refund 50%/ I would appreciate, if anyone at Hotels.com reads these reviews, that this be sorted out and the funds returned asap

If you need a bed to sleep in on a budget, this is the place for you. Unfortunately it was loud, and for a non smoking property, and size, we could hear the guy beside us coughing his guts up while having a smoke right outside our door. The curtains need to be thicker. There was a unexplainable handprint on the ceiling that was dirty.

Area was good friendly , cleaness was excellant, just didnt like the lights coming through sides of blinds due to others leaving there lights on, but overall great affordable accomadation

The motel was pretty good, the master suite was clean and nice, but the bunk beds were a little old and dirty, and the ‘mattresses’ were brown with wear. When we arrived they didn’t have sheets on them, instead they all had off white (from use) ‘pads’ over the top of the small, thin mats that were on each bunk. The pads were a little dirty and sketchy looking, and when we slept on the mat beds our backs were very sore. The master suite’s real bed was comfortable and clean, but be aware of the bunk beds. I would recommend bringing extra bedding, or if you’re uncomfortable with slightly dirty looking beds then don’t stay on the bunk beds.
