The hotel is in a good location and not too busy. We left our luggage in the hotel when we arrived early before check in which was good. However, they checked us in then once we got into the room they called us on the room phone to tell us that our room we paid for (the suite) was not available so had downgraded us for 1 night and will refund the difference between the rooms which they did in cash. The next day, they messaged on hotels.com app asking when we would check in to our suite but i did not see this. Apparently we had to check in to the suite between 12-2pm which we weren’t told. When we got back to the hotel in the evening, the host said our room was given away as we did not respond or check in. I complained and then they said our room was available. Made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. Wouldn’t go back or recommend.

I found my stay at the White Lotus Hotel a great experience. Phillip the bell man was a pleasure to greet every day when entering and leaving the Hotel. Rose, Brian and Jay were terrific Hotel reception staff on showing and helping me with the amenities of the Hotel. Linda and Tammy served great breakfast each morning which I'll miss. The White Lotus Saigon Hotel is a great place to stay in District 1, close to Nyguen Hue Street and abit of a walk to the Independence Palace, War Remnants Museum and Saigon Post Office. Ill definitely return to the White Lotus Saigon Hotel if returning to HCMC.

Nice simple hotel with an amazing staff. They all friendly and helpful. From the doorman to Rose at the front desk, Tammy and Lyndi serving breakfast along with Tracy who was great filling many positions. Housekeeping kept everything clean and comfortable. There were others that contributed to our pleasant stay. I can't remember all the names, I'm getting up there in years. Hoping to revisit soon.

Everything about the White Lotus Hotel was first rate. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by (amazing!) Grace, who was professional & efficient as a busload of nearly 20 people arrived at the aame time. The whole staff was very welcoming, and got me to my room in a timely manner. Speaking of which, I'd booked a room with a private terrace. Several days before I arrived, the hotel advised me that I couldn't stay in that room due to renovations. After some discussion, they said they'd try to expedite it, and they did! I enjoyed the LARGE room, and have to thank Tina from housekeeping for keeping it clean and stocked with necessities! They only serve breakfast (buffet style, with eggs to order), but Grace directed me to some nearby restaurants that served great food at great prices. This location is also nice as it's in District 1. That's important if you book tours, because they'll pick you up at the hotel. Not the case in all Districts. When I checked out, I was able to leave my bags here as my car to the airport wouldnt arrive until 1:30 pm. While I waited, I realized I'd lost a document. Rose, who was handling reception duties, printed a copy for me, no muss & no fuss! Overall, I had a great stay at.White Lotus and would not hesitate to stay here again.
