three times that i arrived in a car with my suitcases the parking employees never cared to offer any help, the bellhop did open the door though so I could bring all my suitcases in myself. If you are going to stay in, ask for those corner room or at the back not facing Bitexco tower by your window or you will not be able to sleep. The property is surrounded by a lot of night clubs and they will play insanely loud music until 6-7 am unless you can sleep through the heavy bass of whacky club music. I gave this a 4/5 simply because loud music is inevitable for this location and the hotel staffs were quick to move me into a much better room right away, i forgot my house key after checking out and they found it right away to hold it for me until i came back a few days later to pick it up. Hotel is extremely close walking distance to night life and restaurant and other services. Since the hotel doesnt have an access ramp for handicapped people or to bring in suitcases, perhaps parking employees should offer a hand to help instead of standing there smoking a cigarette watching customers carrying bags and suitcases up the stairs. Just an honest thought
