Manténgase en el centro de todo lo que ofrece Finger Lakes: bodegas, cervecerías, visitas turísticas, paseos en bote y mucho más. Esta clásica casa de dos pisos en el lago cuenta con una espaciosa sala de estar con vista al lago de 180 grados, que conduce a una cubierta de 14x20 pies con vista al lago Seneca. Tres habitaciones ofrecen mucho espacio para amigos y familiares: 1 habitación con cama King, 1 habitación con cama doble y 1 con una cama queen y 2 individuales. Dos baños completos, ambos con combinación de ducha / bañera y una cocina luminosa y totalmente equipada. Wi-fi, ropa de cama y toallas.

La playa privada ofrece mucho espacio para reunirse y relajarse, con una zona de baño y un muelle. Puedes lanzar tu bote desde el bote privado del propietario justo al lado. Reúnanse alrededor de la hoguera para animar y s'mores a altas horas de la noche (se proporcionan palos de asar). El gran patio trasero ofrece otro lugar tranquilo para relajarse ... o un juego de etiqueta para los niños.

Beautiful Location

We had a lovely time at Plum Point Villa and the hosts Jared and Melanie could not have been nicer. Not only were they responsive they were also proactive with information that they thought would be helpful to us. We highly recommend this property.

Great Spot

May 2025 Getaway

Plum Point Villa was the perfect first time getaway to Seneca Lake. Our hosts were very accommodating and quick with responses. They truly wanted us to have a perfect stay.The home was very clean, well stocked and had an amazing view. Having a boat launch on site was so convenient. We would recommend Plum Point to everyone.We plan on definitely coming back.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

My family and I stayed the weekend at Plum Point Villa and had a wonderful time! The place was super clean, everything was labeled and easy to understand and the hosts were extremely responsive and kind! Our favorite features were the firepit and seating by the lake and the gorgeous lake view. If you are considering a stay in the Finger Lakes area, definitely consider Plum Point Villa!

Good visit

The house was very clean. Rooms looked nice and were very comfortable. All that we expected or needed was supplied, e.g., kitchen equipment, items like salt and pepper, towels etc. It was cold outside and we could get the heat we needed. It was quite apparent that if we needed contact with our hosts, that would be easy. They provided good written instructions about what was expected. The single annoyance was the kitchen fire alarm that went off while cooking scrambled eggs, making toast.We recommend this place for others.

Awesome location!

A group of 8 friends enjoyed our stay at this lake house home on Seneca Lake. Home was clean and had a great back deck, lake front area where we built a fire by their dock and nice covered back patio where we cooked out. Close to wineries, The Windmill and restaurants.

Wonderful location

Our group was 3 ladies having a girls get away. The house was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Loved the location with the view and easy access to the lake. We enjoyed being able to walk to two lakeside restaurants from our house. I would go back again.

Wonderful water view

We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent view of Seneca Lake. We didn’t even mind the rain with the covered sitting area by the water. So close to Watkins Glen and many other areas. Also close to so many local breweries.

2024 Seneca Lake

Had a fantastic week at Plum Point Villa. This cottage does not lack for anything and is in a great location on the west side next to the Showboat. We enjoyed MANY wineries and breweries and found a couple of new favorites. Did the Schooner True love and enjoyed the lake with family and friends. We ate at Jerlandos in Watkins Glen (our favorite go to place), the Showboat (great fish fry) and Ports Cafe in Geneva. Truly a very nice vacation. Love.anenjoyed

Beautiful Lake House Getaway

Beautiful house with stunning views of Senaca Lake. House was very comfortable for the four of us. Location to all the wineries and restaurants was very convenient. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and lake area. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful Views & Spacious

Every year since Covid, our group of friends have stayed in the Finger Lakes region for a girls long weekend. This location, by far, has been the BEST! It had ample space, a GORGEOUS and up close view of Seneca Lake, a private beach area/ pier and all of the amenities that one would need that were supplied by the hosts. The hosts were wonderful and were always quick to respond. Thank you so much for helping myself and my wonderful girlfriends into making more beautiful memories and increasing our laugh lines. .

We’ve been to the Finger Lakes many times but this was the best weekend! The house was in a great location with an unbelievable view!! All of the amenities and then some. 2024 Mom's Vacation

Great place!

Highly recommend this stay. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts and cleanliness of the home. The kithcen had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the beautiful views, walks along the lake while the beachside seating and firepit were a real treat.

Great stay

We stayed at Plum Point Villa this weekend. The hosts were great and very responsive to messages. They go above and beyond to welcome their guests. The house has beautiful views. And the house overall is very nice, clean, and tidy! We felt right at home! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and hope to make it back again soon!
