Wonderful location right on Seneca Lake. We had 3 couples, but it accommodates more. Great outdoor seating areas with a grill, fire pit, kayaks, dock. 2 restaurants within walking distance. Lots of great wineries near by.

Great place for family to enjoy the region

Pictures do not do it justice, it’s more beautiful when sitting down at a fire on the lawn and looking out over the water then imagined. Rooms were comfortable, the view from the top deck when waking up is spectacular. Awesome place I hope to book it again next year.
