Villa de 2 hab. En la playa y capacidad para 6 personas con cama King

Amplia villa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con porche completamente cerrado con hermosas vistas de la laguna. La playa es de aprox. 200 yardas de la unidad justo al final del edificio. Nuestra villa también se encuentra entre las 2 piscinas al aire libre y 1 de varias áreas de parrilla a solo unos pasos de la puerta. Tenemos un wifi privado seguro disponible para usted junto con el complejo con seguridad las 24 horas y comunidad cerrada. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king con baño principal. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales. El sofá queen se retira para dormir 2 personas más para un total de 6 invitados.
La cocina tiene refrigerador, microondas, cafetera, tostadora y olla, así como sus ollas / sartenes, los platos vienen con algunas especias básicas si elige cocinar. Suministramos champú para principiantes, acondicionador, jabón junto con toallas de papel, papel higiénico, bolsas de basura, jabón para platos y detergente para la ropa.
El spa está ubicado entre Mitchellville Beach Park y Fish Haul Beach Park. Tenemos 3 canchas de tenis, 2 piscinas al aire libre (abiertas de abril a noviembre), 1 piscina cubierta climatizada recientemente renovada, bañera de hidromasaje y sauna seca abierta todo el año. Almejas, camarones, ostras, mejillones y pesca están permitidos en esta playa (necesita una licencia de pesca - avail @ Walmart). Esta es una de las playas menos pobladas de la isla, por lo que no está abarrotada. También es una gran playa para que los niños hagan castillos de arena, jueguen en el agua. Me encantan los paseos por la playa y ver las 2 águilas calvas que vivimos aquí con nosotros y los delfines también. Tenga en cuenta: no hay socorristas en nuestra playa.
Hilton Head Island es un complejo turístico de primer nivel. Cuenta con 12 millas de playa oceánica, más de 200 restaurantes, más de 30 campos de golf, reservas naturales, parques, tiendas, mini golf y senderos para bicicletas. El sendero para bicicletas de la isla está justo afuera del complejo. También hay muchas compañías de alquiler de bicicletas que entregarán y recogerán directamente al condominio. Savannah está a solo 45 minutos si desea realizar una excursión de un día.

Perfect Mother’s Day weekend getaway

This was the cutest townhouse. It’s a short walk across the parking lot to the beach. Since it is the sound, there are minimal waves: but tons of stuff to find when the tide is out. We saw a bald eagle, crabs.The weather wasn’t great, overcast mostly. Luckily only a few showers, but we made the most of it and were able to explore outdoors with the kids. The water was perfect, didn’t have to worry too much about crazy waves and kids ran around and had the best time! Close to so many restaurants and shopping. Not over crowded. This is our second time at the spa property. And love coming to this side of the island now. Have been coming to Hilton head my whole life and this is a new favorite spot!!House was clean, well stocked. We tried to not stay at the house too much though. Highly recoomend

Great Condo in beautiful setting

The condo was exactly as described. It slept 6 comfortably. Everything was clean and neat. The walk to beach area is peaceful and beautiful. Pool area had games, which the teens liked. I would recommend this condo! The owner was quick to respond when I had a question about arrival.

Not what I expected

Even though the description mentions patio & deck, there is none. Also, photos of the beach are taken much closer than the unit. My wife is mobility & visually challenged so this was a big problem. The host was sympathetic but not much to do at that point. The upstairs neighbors getting new flooring didn’t help either. Much hammering. If you’re looking for a home base to sleep in, this will be perfect.

Fantastic Week!

Our family of four had a fantastic stay. The location is great for Hilton Head, the condo had plenty of space and was clean. The property is beach front, but the condo is not. (Clarifying for those that may not have realized the difference.) But the walk to the beach was only a few minutes and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Would definitely recommend!

Long Weekend

We had a nice stay, my daughter son-in-law two grandchildren (ages 4 & 1) The condo was nice but one of the bathrooms, the shower was messed up (the water came out of faucet & shower head - not good pressure for either). Also, beach chairs were mentioned - we did have have bag chairs, but not what we expected.

Awesome stay on the NORTH side of Hilton Head

If you like sea life and aircraft this is the location for you. This property is located very close to the airport. The runway approach almost goes right over the property.If you love watching aircraft take off and land just set your chair up on the beach and enjoy. If you enjoy sea life, there is a plethora especially when the tide is low. The property itself was perfect-clean newly updated, on the ground floor. The outdoor pool located right as you exit the beach was perfect for rinsing off and cooling off after spending the day on the beach. This property - highly reccomend.

Ride Hilton Head

Nice condo near beach (wish that was a little clearer thought we would be closer to beach). Overall served purpose for trip, bicycle ride event of the island. Like it was gated security patrolled property. Little odd no beach towels, not a big deal. There was plenty of other beach gear if you wanted it. We use VRBO because we don’t like hotels and this property like most we frequent make it easy to continue going this path rather than hotels.

Excellent accommodations. Very quiet and great access to a semi-wild beach area which meant a not crowded beach as other public beaches in the area. Accommodations had all the necessary amenities. Indoor pool area well situated and controlled. We would stay again.

Tranquility / The Spa 1130 review

The place was as advertised, clean, very comfortable, spacious, set up very well. We have one in a wheel chair and this place worked pretty good for that with the hard floors, ramps to the beach and main floor / our room. Proximity to the beach was great, use of the pool / hot tub and grounds a bonus. This is a nice quiet location / not so many people, which we really liked compared to other areas of Hilton Head island. Responsiveness / communication from owner was great. Excellent value for the money. I'd definitely stay there again / highly recommend this place.

Birthday getaway

WE enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was as advertised. We have 2 observations that i think would be helpful for the owners. The 1st is that the futon sofa in the living room is totally uncomfortable to watch TV or just relax. It was impossible to find a comfortable way to sit and watch TV. The 2nd is the remote control situation for the TV doesn't work too well. There is only 1 set of controls for 3 tv"/'s . what is up with that?

Nice get away.

The beach is a very short walk from this first-floor, end unit, condo. The beach adjoins the wildlife area so it is less developed and more interesting than some other parts of the island. The mornings were a bit cool when I was there in Oct and the enclosed porch was a lovely place for a quiet cup of coffee. The beds were a bit soft for my taste but that was a minor point. The keyless entry was a big plus

A home base

Renting the property was relatively easy. The place was clean but in need of several cosmetic repairs. It didnt bother us too much as we basically only slept and showered there and didnt stay in the rental too much. We were gone most days exploring Hilton Head and other nearby beaches and Islands as the beach at the site is not a typical sandy beach that you could spend all day at. When the tide was low you are dealing with about 200 yards plus of mud flats with some sand at the edge. The tide pools were great as far as catching bait to fish with, but we went to other locations to fish and spend the day. If you are someone that likes to take walks, see the views and explore but not get in the water it is nice, uncrowded and laid back. But I had 2 17 year Olds wanting to fish and swim.

Property was fine for what we needed. Ac went out our first night but owner was very responsive in getting that fixed the next day. Overall cleanliness could improve. The longer we stayed the more we found. Not on owner more on cleaning company. Decor was dated as well as overall condo but not a big deal as we didn’t stay in the room much. Location was the key to our stay. First building off the beach provided a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. First floor is a plus. Overall would stay again
