Fantástico Admirals Row de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños con vista al mar. Nuestra villa está a solo 100 yardas de la playa. Nuestro complejo privado ofrece un excelente sitio de vacaciones familiares que tiene actividades para todas las edades (tenis, golf, natación, mini golf cercano, recolección de conchas, ciclismo y mucho más). Un área de juegos infantiles también está disponible en el sitio. No se demore, reserve sus vacaciones ahora con nuestras excelentes tarifas.

Nuestra villa ha sido actualizada recientemente; refrigerador nuevo con máquina de hielo (agosto de 2019), carrito de playa para llevar sus artículos a la playa, piso de baldosas nuevo en toda la villa; la cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos, fregadero / grifo y triturador nuevos; recién pintado en todas partes; sofá cama queen (mayo de 2019 a estrenar) y dos sillas laterales en LR. Nuevo televisor en el segundo dormitorio (mayo de 2019). La tarifa de alquiler incluye ropa de cama y toallas para hasta seis vacacionistas. Dos piscinas en el sitio, una es la piscina más grande de la isla, la piscina más pequeña es solo para los vacacionistas de Admirals Row y muy cerca de la unidad. La gran piscina está a dos unidades de distancia y también cuenta con The Boardwalk Beach and Grill, que tiene comida y bebidas frías. Las actividades de temporada para niños y adultos generalmente se encuentran en el 'Beach and Grill'. Disfrute de comidas informales / elegantes cercanas, así como campos de golf de campeonato. Los restaurantes cubiertos del hotel son CocoNutz y Gator'z.

La playa es de fácil acceso ya que cada grupo de villas tiene su propio paseo marítimo que conduce a la playa.

Nuestra unidad está a solo unos pasos de las instalaciones de lavandería justo al otro lado del pasillo y el ascensor está directamente al lado de nuestra villa, por lo que no hay escaleras para caminar y es muy tranquilo para que nunca puedas escucharlo o incluso saber que está tan cerca.

Nuestra villa es una villa para no fumadores. El complejo no permite mascotas.

Property owner was exceptionally helpful with directions to location, activities available in the area, and overall communication. Condo offered just what our family required during our stay in terms of space and amenities. Overall, would stay again as the condo offers a quick path to beach and is a direct stop for the trolley for ease of travel.

We had multiple rooms at this resort and this was probably the best. Clean, nice layout. Large balcony with a peak at the ocean. Easy walk to the beach and pickleball courts.

Had a wonderful stay the price point fit our budget and the location was excellent. The building is a bit older and parts of it show but for the price point we didn't expect it to be super new. It was nicely decorated with beach theme and had everything we need to have a blast.

Comfortable stay and close to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this Hilton Head beach condo! It was perfect for my wife, our 1-year-old son, and me. The condo was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, meeting all our needs. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and even closer to a nice pool, it was ideally located. The resort was also a convenient 10-minute drive to great restaurants. We loved it so much that we’ll definitely seek this spot again on our next visit to the island!

Great beach location

Condo is in need of a serious update and deep cleaning. We could not sleep in the master suite because the bed is almost 3 ft high and I am 5 ft tall. Also the kitchen is not really set up for a long term stay.The resort area is great with many amenities.

Great unit- with nice balcony!

Well laid out unit with open plan living dining area and convenient kitchen. Recent large flat screen in living room! Near elevator and laundry. Only downer was bedrooms had no outside facing windows.

Great location and unit with a view!

Loved our quick “off season” stay here! All went smoothly with booking, check in & communication with the owner. Admirals Row is the way to go for the extra bedroom and bathroom for more space with just a short walk to the beach! Everything was just as pictured and described for a comfortable stay - balcony has a great view and well stocked with beach supplies and wagon. Highly recommend this unit for your island getaway🌴

Great Little Spot

The owner was very quick to respond and was very kind and easy to communicate with. The condo was nice and spacious. The kitchen had plenty of dishes/utensils and pots and pans for any cooking need, which isn’t always found when renting condos. I would say the seating in the living room needs to be updated, but it did not stop us from enjoying our stay. We also appreciated the selection of games and puzzles that were provided.

Close to the beach but dirty

From the photos, we knew the property would be dated. That is perfectly fine, but it is no excuse for how dirty this condo is. At check in we immediately noticed this, so when the owner reached out to see how check in went, we let him know we were disappointed to find crusty food on the flatware and plates, among other things in the kitchen. He apologized but offered no solution other than he would let the cleaning folks know when they are there next. As the stay went on, we made the most of it, and enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and tried to ignore other dirty things like toenail clippings and accumulations of dirt/grime on high touch surfaces. Thankfully, the bathrooms did appear pretty clean. Other positive things would be affordability and location. But I will not be returning or recommending this rental.

Perfect condo in the perfect place!

This condo is located in a great part of the island-it’s easy to get everywhere. This condo has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towel drying hooks (usually a need at beach locations). The property owner is friendly and quick to respond. We hope to stay here again!

Great location -- Ideal location for beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay, did not run into a single issue or problem. The condo listing and information provided is exactly as it says it is, the owner, Tom, responded to questions immediately when they arise, although we really didn't have many because we didn't have any problems. One thing we weren't expecting was all the activities offered at the pool, they had a dive in movie one night, karaoke at the pool another day, a dance / pool party another day, the kids really loved it! If we come back to Hilton Head, we would stay here again. y problems

Mom’s Birthday Vacation

The location was great…short walk to the beach, grills for outdoor cooking & we enjoyed the smaller pool located next to the building. The unit was clean & had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend for active families with younger children.
