Brand new bathroom with designer tiled walk-in shower, white vanity and extra vanity space. There is all brand-new furniture. This 1 bedroom 1 bath villa will not disappoint. It has been renovated to today's standards of what guests want in a vacation rental with designer colors and a coastal feel. Open Floor Plan with plenty of cabinet and storage space. Nice views of the ocean from the balcony. Elevator is close to this villa.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is your perfect family vacation destination with the largest beach pool on Hilton Head, a Beach Cafe, four access points to the beach and only a 2-minute walk to the beach and pool. The resort has a gym on site and there are 10 pickleball courts with walk up games going on daily. The resort also has bike rentals to enjoy over 50 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. Wonderful Condo

Our family just got back and we’re already ready to go back. The condo was exactly as described. Very updated and very nice. Ocean view with just a short walk to the pool and ocean access. The host was excellent. Allowed us to check out late so our kids could enjoy one more dip in the ocean and pool before we left. Highly recommend!!

Such a wonderful stay! Mary was wonderful we had some hiccups with my credit card and she was absolutely patient, wonderful and helped me every step of the way! The area was perfect! The beach is close, restaurant! The pool was wonderful! The complex had everything we needed! I loved everything!

Great Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I stayed 3 nights and loved it. The room was immaculate when we arrived, and it had everything we needed. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. You can see the ocean from the balcony! It's just a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Girls trip

This was the perfect property for a quick girls mini vacation. It had a nice view of the ocean with direct access to the beach, the entire place was very clean and nicely updated! Check in was a breeze! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a good beach spot!
