Amazing Oceanfront Views-Top Floor Corner Villa with Direct Access to the Beach!

It’s always 5 O’clock at this Hilton Head Island beachside villa! Brand new kitchen and appliances January 2024!

This uniquely designed oceanfront property located at 372 Seaside Villas is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or family vacation. The top-floor corner villa offers a prime location just a short walk to shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza, as well as direct access to the beach. The 180 degree beautiful views of the beach and ocean from your private balcony is the perfect place to start and end your day.

The space
Sip your morning coffee (or mimosa!) on your private balcony while soaking in the beautiful blue Atlantic views. This cozy oceanfront villa includes a bright and airy comfortable living room with a pull out couch and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room TV has cable and a Roku (please bring your login info if you intend to use any apps) , and the unit has free Wi-Fi. The Bedroom features a queen bed, 2 night stands and a closet for ample storage space. Two built in bunk beds provide a perfect sleeping spot for children or additional storage.

The 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located within Seaside Villas, a private, gated oceanfront community with direct access to the beach. There are 2 onsite community pool areas (open Apr. 1-Sept. 30), grilling area, limited covered parking but large open parking lot and bike racks. Elevators are located in both buildings and coin-operated laundry rooms are found on each floor.

The unit has a box fan and a tower fan for those that need one to sleep or like the air moving, along with a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room.
There is no smoking inside nor on the balcony ( A fine will be enforced) and there are no pets allowed in the condo due to allergies ($500 per day fine with no exceptions). Seaside Villas is a pet free complex.

Perfect couples getaway

Absolutely loved this top-floor villa. The view is one of the best I’ve ever had and the villa only matches that. Furniture is really nice and the appliances are top of the line. Nice and quiet community as well. My wife and I even discussed coming back in the future!

Great stay!

My family and I had a great stay in Cathy’s VRBO. She left us a welcoming gift and texted me throughout the stay to assure that everything was going good. Room was very clean and had everything you need for the beach. Views from the balcony were amazing. I’ve been on 15 beach vacations and this VRBO tops them all because of the cleanliness and direct view of the beach.

This unit is fabulous! Cannot beat the location and views! The complex and location of the unit was so quiet! Everything we needed was great. Beach equipment was top of the line! We really appreciated that! Unit decorated so cute and it was spotless! Cathy was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will def stay here again!

Great oceanfront views!

Great condo. This is a terrific location on Forest Beach. Easy and quick walk to the beach on the boardwalk just outside. Just over 5 minute walk to Coligny. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. The owner checked in on us to make sure all was well.Highly recommend!

Pleasant spring break holiday!

The unit was perfect for a couple, particularly the porch off the living room with its view of the beach. Easy access to the beach, Coligny Plaza, and other restaurants and bars. Communication from the host was detailed and accurate. Kitchen appliances, wi-fi, and television functioned perfectly. Weather for early March accommodated nicely. A little rain but we were able to walk the beach every day.We love Hilton Head and usually rent a much larger house for our extended family, but will definitely come back when it's just my wife and me.

Perfect For Us!!

The most important point for us: Location and view! Yes, cleanliness is key (and a must in my book). And being well-stocked is so helpful. Good parking in a good area: also important. This rental meets all those criteria. (And I emphasize: very clean, very well-stocked, and beautifully updated.) But the location and view is the "beyond expectations" selling point here. A "front row seat" is what we had in this unit! Ocean front. Sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning, and most of our meals as well, watching the tide come in and go out, and listening to the waves...This ocean-front corner unit delivered beautifully!! The unit is perfect for two adults. We used the elevator (in the middle of the complex) for getting our luggage in and out. Otherwise we used the stairs, very near the unit. Cathy is a great host and was easy to communicate with. We didn't have any issues while we were there that made it necessary, but it was good to know we could reach her if needed. We would love to rent this place again!

I visit Hilton Head 3 or 4 times a year but this is my first time in this unit. It is absolutely paradise to have direct oceanfront, end unit. Very quiet and absolutely gorgeous. Immaculate unit, all up-to-date appliances. Wonderful host w coffee, grooming supply package for those of us who fly-this is a real treat. I absolutely loved everything about this unit & such a kind host who stayed in contact before & touched base to make sure everything was satisfactory. I cannot wait to return to this unit. Also having a grocery & plenty of restaurant & snack places—you never need a car.

Great Trip

We went to Hilton Head SC for our 18th Wedding Anniversary. Had never been there before. Great location, we were with in walking of everything we wanted to do. Close to Coligny Plaza, about a 15 minute walk. So much to do there. Our host Cathy was Great. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo. Cathy has decorated so lovely. She has all the little things ready for you. The balcony was awesome, we spent every morning sipping coffee and every night sipping cocktails. Don’t forget the deer that snuck around in the thicket. Beach was fantastic. Can’t wait to stay again!

My husband and I have been staying at sea side villas for the past 15 years, usually twice a year. This is the best unit we’ve ever stayed in. Communication with Cathy was great. The view….awesome!
