201 Tennismaster, Shipyard Plantation - ¡Recientemente renovado!

Hemos derribado las paredes de la cocina para abrir el plano del piso y hemos creado una distribución aún más espaciosa y abierta de la cocina / comedor / sala de estar. La cocina fue reconstruida desde los pisos superiores, incluyendo gabinetes a medida, mostradores de granito y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. La nueva área de lavandería adyacente a la cocina también tiene una nueva lavadora y una nueva secadora.

El baño principal del primer piso también fue reconstruido desde cero con pisos nuevos, una cabina de ducha personalizada, un tocador personalizado y todas las tuberías y accesorios nuevos. Un cuarto de baño / tocador completamente renovado en el primer piso y pisos nuevos en todo el primer piso completan nuestra remodelación.

La luminosa y alegre sala de estar tiene una pared de ventanas para que entre la luz del sol e incluye un sofá cama doble y una gran TV de pantalla plana LCD. Tenemos Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y cable digital, incluido el servicio de DVR en el televisor de la sala. Una puerta corrediza de vidrio en la sala de estar conduce a nuestro patio trasero con una parrilla de carbón. La gran piscina comunitaria de Tennismaster está a solo unos pasos de nuestra puerta trasera y es visible desde nuestro patio abierto y porche cubierto (con ventilador de techo).

El dormitorio principal también se encuentra en el primer piso y tiene una cama king, ventilador de techo, televisor con pantalla plana LCD y baño privado. El dormitorio principal también tiene una puerta corrediza de vidrio para el patio trasero.

En el segundo piso hay dos dormitorios adicionales; Cada uno con dos camas individuales, balcones privados y baños privados. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana y ventiladores de techo.

La ubicación perfecta y un armario de playa!
El astillero está ubicado en el centro de la isla, cerca de campos de golf de campeonato, restaurantes y tiendas populares, deportes acuáticos y más. Nuestra unidad final en Tennismaster está a menos de 10 minutos a pie de la playa en un hermoso camino pavimentado que conduce a Shipyard Beach House y su casillero personal en la playa. Úselo para guardar sus sillas de playa, sombrillas y juguetes durante su estadía para que pueda disfrutar en la playa sin tener que llevar sus artículos de playa de un lado a otro cada día. También contamos con un área de almacenamiento exterior en el condominio donde puede guardar sus bicicletas y equipo al aire libre.

Wonderful Oasis!

This property is just lovely both inside and out. Has all the amenities and Owner is very responsive to any questions or requests! We are forever grateful for such an awesome experience and look forward to staying again- our first time to Hilton Head.

Great HHI Stay

This stay at Tennismaster was one of our favorite Tennismaster units so far. It had a very well equipped kitchen and we appreciated the renovations which provided a more open layout which was perfect for a relaxing trip with friends. Communication with the owner was outstanding, especially when we encountered a maintenance issue with the AC — it was quickly addressed and resolved. As others have pointed out, it is a quick bike ride/walk to the beach, tennis, etc. The bonus of having the beach locker at the beach club made our trips to the beach so easy. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade some of the furniture and bed pillows as they are starting to show a little wear and tear.

We had a fun and relaxing trip with our 2 under 2! This condo is steps away from the awesome pool in Tennismaster and the condo was very clean and well stocked! We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation!

Perfect beach vacation

This is our second year at this location and we love it here. We have plenty of room in the unit and the kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The owner is responsive and helps with any additional questions and concerns.

Annual friends vacation

This is our third time staying here. We really enjoy the layout and so close to pool. Some days we thought we were the only ones in the area since it was only us at pool. Kelly is great to work with. If we had a problem, she was quick to fix it. 10 minutes walk to beach. Loved that we had locker by the beach to store stuff. We had no problem getting a handicap parking space . We will rent her place again.

Our family stays in Shipyard for a week in July and we stayed at Tennismaster tor be close to them! It was the best stay! The condo had everything we needed and it was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful vacation

Hilton Head 2024

This townhouse style condo is perfect for a family get away. Beautifully updated first floor including a comfortable screened in porch overlooking the pool. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our stay. I would recommend and definitely stay again. We have loved coming to Hilton Head and Shipyard for over thirty years and this unit was perfect.

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved the location and the unit. It was well furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals and just relax. The pool is a few yards from the backyard. The beach is a very short bike ride or you can drive around the corner to the beach. We love the tranquility of HHI and highly recommend this unit for a family looking to spend quality time together. The owners responded very quickly to any questions we had and were super easy to work with too. Thank you for an amazing vacation and we can’t wait to return again.

Beautiful spacious home!

This was truly an amazing stay. I was in town for a local wedding with my family and 1 year old son. The location was terrific for everything we needed. The community has a wonderful big pool located right out the back steps of the unit. The unit itself was incredibly well maintained and the updated downstairs was beautiful. Kelly was very responsive during the check-in process. Shipyard is a terrific neighborhood and I would recommend this unit to anyone considering a stay. I will certainly be renting this again in the future!

Wonderful location!

Amazing New Years in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed our stay. We cooked most meals at home, the kitchen is very well equipped and big to accommodate comfortably the whole family. The downstairs is renewed and beautifully furnished. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a bathroom each: they are a little bit older in style but really big and comfortable. We liked the area and the facilities. I would recommend this place to friends.

Dream Kitchen

Our family prefers dining at home, and we loved that the kitchen in this unit is even more wonderful than it looks in photos. Spacious enough for multiple cooks plus cheerleaders & chatterboxes, it made meal prep such a fun part of our time together! Dozens of delightful memories made here. Dream kitchen. Dream property.

Girlfriends week trip

This is the 2nd time staying here. They have some new furniture and mattresses this year. Very nice and comfortable. She messaged me about the weather from hurricane and numbers to call if needed. We made it through the wind and little rain. We are women over 60 and really enjoyed the screen porch for coffee in morning. We love how the pool is right outside the place. Nice big pool and every year we stay in that area we almost are the only people there. 10 minutes walk to beach and love the beach locker.

Don’t hesitate!

First of all the fact that it is a gated community, was a huge selling point. We felt very safe. The grounds, the entire community, was clean and very well taken care of. There are walking/bike paths everywhere.My only problem with the paths was that if you are walking with people, it is not wide enough for you to walk side-by-side with someone You are constantly having to walk single file because of the amount of bicycles. Which, if you are a bicyclist, this is a dream area for you! The beach is so easy to get to. It is a less than 10 minute walk. There is also an area for you to park if you need to. The house was amazingly clean. It had everything we needed to cook with. There are plenty of bathrooms. One for each bedroom and an extra half bath. There are plenty of sitting areas if you want to get away from the people you were with. :) I love the fact that the door is keyless entry, so I did not have to worry about losing a key. We did see the infamous alligators. Just let them live their lives and they won’t bother yours. Kelly responded to each and every one of my questions, and was so very helpful!

Quiet, Relaxing, Perfect Stay

201 Tennismaster was a wonderful, quiet and very relaxing stay. We were close to the beach, and the locker made it so easy to ride our bikes to the beach, show up and lay out in the sun and fun anytime we wanted to. Shipyard was a beautiful great place to stay with lots of quiet bike trails, nature and 5 minutes from shops and good restaurants. The house was well appointed and the screen porch area was perfect for drinking coffee and watching the birds. Plenty of room to hang out and play games. The storage shelter is huge and can store all your beach gear. The bathrooms were updated and very clean and the kitchen was beautiful and had everything we need. I especially liked the washer and dryer being full size and was quiet and quick for my towels. Kelly was a great host and responded quickly and sent the door code and instructions. We would definitely stay there again and already looking for dates for our next trip to HHI.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for 7 years now and once again we’ve had an amazing rental experience! From the cleanliness, location, spaciousness, and to the communication with the owners….all A+ ratings!! We will definitely be looking forward to next year!
