Pickleball, beach & pool

We really enjoyed our time at HHI Beach & Tennis resort. The condo was perfectly clean! We used the bunk beds for storage! Perfect location to the pickleball courts and beach/pool.

Great vacation on short notice

It was a great experience overall. Went during March where it’s not too crowded, and able to be within a quick walk to the beach. It was clean and very inviting, definitely recommend to anyone else who may be thinking about. Price was great as well and much appreciated.

Perfect little space

The space is tight, especially the bedroom but if you don’t mind walking around the bed you get the bonus of a king bed in a smaller space. The kitchen is well stocked-everything you need to feel like you are at home. The living room furniture is comfy and bonus tv on the balcony along with a nice comfy table and chairs. My only suggestion would be to bring your own pillows. The owner is terrific to work with and quick to respond. Everything you need is in the condo-a detailed binder explaining your living quarters and the island is on the table ready for you to read Great stay!

Amazing Unit & very close to the beach

This unit was very very cozy, clean, nice and quiet. The host was very responsive with different questions we needed to know about the property. Overall me and my wife enjoyed our stay. We needed to stay an additional night due to the weather getting back home and the host was very quick to respond and extended our stay with ease. Very easy and quick process!! I will definitely stay here again

Hilton Head Vacation

The apartment was very clean with new furnishing and recently remodeled. It was very comfortable for 2 people not sure about having 2+more. Our one issue was the moldy smell of the hallways which leaked into the apartment. The doors in the outside hall were kept closed and there is no fresh air circulation which doesn’t help.The complex is older and not all the apartments are remodeled plus we were not there at peak season but definitely some areas showing their age. The location is very nice though steps away from the beach, very nice pool and many tennis courts! It was overall very quiet and relaxing vacation.

Masterfully executed small beach front space

Recent renovations were done very nicely and make this a more than pleasant place to stay. My three mostly teenage sons and I stayed there for five days and had a great time. The place had everything we needed and when it didn’t have one small thing the owner showed up the next day with a new blender. I love that she had a modern TV and put a TV out on the back deck (which had one of the better partial ocean views I’ve had). The furniture was new, high-quality, and very comfortable. Overall great space and communication.

Great Location

This would be our second straight year staying in this condo and our third going to this resort. The condo is very nice with the pool and beach being a very short walk away. My daughter loves that the pool has planned activities all week. We look forward to visiting again next summer.

Fantastic family trip

Condo was clean and comfortable. Location within the resort is perfect for an easy walk to the beach or pool. Bonus that it’s also convenient to walk over to the onsite restaurant for dinner or drinks. We are already looking forward to staying again.

Beauty on the beach is exactly as advertised! Tastefully furnished, excellent mattress and walk in shower. Condo is small, but works well for one couple. Living/dining kitchen area is one room and might work for small children. Great location on the island for golf, restaurants and shopping. Best beach in South Carolina.

Perfect Getaway

Everything was exactly as we expected. Room was spotless and location was perfect. My family of 3 stayed for a weekend and loved it. This property is in a great location. It is on a good beach and has easy access to restaurants and shopping. The unit was tastefully decorated and matched the pictures and description. It is a small 1 bdrm but that was all that we needed. More than 2 adults would be difficult and the bunk beds would be best for small children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I only had to contact the unit manager for 1 issue and the response was within a few minutes and resolved the issue.
