The house and distance to the beach was perfect! We’ve been to HHi for decades, but never to Singleton beach - loved it! The house and furnishings were well kept. The open concept first floor was where all 18 of us gathered for meals and games and there was plenty of room for everyone. The 2 laundry rooms and 2 fridges were used constantly. The design of the exterior had a covered and “tucked away” area for beach chairs, etc. that kept the house looking neat without seeing all that we took to the beach each day. The bedrooms were spacious, all with updated en suites. The furnishings were simple yet beautiful, which made us all feel welcomed and “at home”. The views from the rooms of the marsh and beach were breathtaking the wall of windows that spanned the side of the house. There was plenty of parking for our large crowd. A short walk on the beach to Coco’s for a quick bite and fun drinks was a nice bonus to our location. Overall we had a fantastic family beach trip and hope to rent this house again next year!

Phenomenal Stay!

Great property and location. Everyone we invited had an incredible time and I think a huge part of that was that everyone felt comfortable. We had 21 in our group, including 9 kids and everyone had plenty of space.

Perfect for families at the beach!

We have been going to Hilton Head for years now. The property owners are absolutely on top of everything. They answer calls every time and take care of anything asap. This is a home we will head back to next vacation. The house layout is perfect for the beach and the views are visible on all 3 levels. I cannot say enough about the home and its owners. Kudos to them!

Good family vacation home

We are a pretty picky family and this house met all our needs. It was very clean and had plenty of room for a very large family to comfortably stay together. There is a crib available for smaller children and the teens had plenty of room to relax. It's a very close walk to the beach, there's a bit of a hill to get up to get to the beach, but it's not bad if you have a beach cart with the large wheels. The ice machine was key and the fridge is very large you can fit a lot in there, there is also a full sized fridge in the garage and another one in the pantry, there is a wine fridge next to the ice machine and another smaller fridge in the game room. All of the beds are comfortable and each floor can control its own temperature. The pool is a bit smaller than I expected and we never figured out how to turn the pool lights on, but it's perfect for small children and the temperature is good, no need to hear it in the summer. Overall I would suggest this house.

Great place for a family

The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for all the kids and direct beach access. Some things may have been a little worn, but it is to be expected with short term rentals. Everything was clean and up to standard. The owner was quick to respond and very helful.

Great location and amazing views

Excellent location near beach. Gorgeous views toward the ocean and over the marshlands. Fun to ride bikes along the shore. Big, beautiful home with good sleeping accomodations.

Amazing house & location!!

The house is updated & was very clean! It is very close to grocery stores and restaurants, and the beach access point right next to the house was great. The property manager was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful views and ample space

We were here with family and friends. Beds in bunks are much bigger then you might think. Views are incredible. Main kitchen and living area is huge and more then enough space for all. Pool is a great size and the pool deck also has so much room for activities!

5-star Family Vacation (with notes)

This was a beautiful property for our family vacation. More than enough room for everyone in our group, and the beds and couches were very comfortable! The view is incredible as you can see the beach as well as the folleys/marsh and the access to the beach was basically in our driveway! We thought there was an issue with the pool, but upon messaging the host, someone showed up almost immediately to make sure we were all set! The only notes I have is that the pool furniture (lounge chairs) were pretty run-down and about half of them were broken in one way or another, and there was sand in the pool. I’ll chalk It up to nobody else flagging the broken chairs and the fact that guests most likely used the pool to clean off from the beach, but it would be great to be fixed in the future. Would recommend!

Golf weekend

It was our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The house amenities were perfect for our group, and you can not beat having the beach right out your front door! Not to mention almost every room had a fantastic view. While the golf was world class, this beach house made the the trip!

An Incredible Family Beach Vacation

Four different families met for an amazing time on the beach and simply being & visiting together. This house had it all and made it all possible. Plenty of room, a kitchen & pantry that left one wanting for nothing, 3 refrigerators, a wine fridge and an ice machine! Our entire party was pleased and that's not an easy thing to achieve.

Perfect house for us!

We really enjoyed the house. The size and rooms were perfect for our multi-generation family, with 11 kids. The location was perfect, right at the beach. The pool was great. Everything was clean and lots of towels were provided. There are a lot of stairs so use of the elevator would have been really helpful. And the top floor washer/dryer were not working, but there was still one on the second floor. Nothing dries in the summer in Hilton Head so 2 dryers would have been nice. Otherwise, no complaints at all! We’d love to rent it again next year.

Great location!

Our group of friends celebrated my wife's 30th birthday. The house was very clean and ready for the stay. The pool heat was on as asked and ready for use. There were no issues. A couple suggestions. 1. Shuffleboard table needs "salt" or resurfaced. 2. Amenities were pretty light but sufficient (salt, soap, garbage bags, etc). We would definitely stay there again!

Beachy Feeling

The property was lovely. Plenty of space, close to the beach, many updates to the home, plenty of storage and kitchen was well equipped. Tony the property manager was great to deal with. He was quick to deliver and helpful. Just a few more updates would make this place perfect but overall perfect for families, teens, and kids.
