Esta casa de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños renovada con buen gusto con * NUEVA PISCINA CLIMATIZADA PRIVADA está a 5 minutos a pie de la playa. Ubicado en la hermosa plantación de Sea Pines y a un corto paseo de South Beach Marina Village con tiendas, restaurantes y entretenimiento nocturno.

Esta encantadora casa de un nivel cuenta con un plano de planta abierto con cocina actualizada con vista a la amplia sala de estar y comedor con barra de bar. La cocina bien equipada tiene encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una acogedora barra de desayuno. La gran suite principal con vista a la laguna tiene una cama king, baño privado con bañera y ducha separada con azulejos. Cada una de las dos habitaciones tiene baño privado, una habitación con una cama queen y la otra con 2 camas individuales.

El salón se abre a la piscina con cascada frente a la tranquila laguna. A perfect stay

Had a great vacation! Property was very pleasant and short walk to the beach. Neighborhood is very quiet. Pool was refreshing. We had plenty of towels and beach towels. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well. This vacation home included bikes. We rode down to salty dog and on the beach . One of the baskets on the bike is broken. Just fyi. All amenities included were what we needed. Clean linens, clean kitchen. Stove/oven looked new. Bed comforter in the master bedroom was soft. We didnt use the other 2 rooms. Since it was just me and my husband. There are a few beach toys available for use if you bring kids. We stayed 5 nights. We definitely would love to come back. Thank you for having us!

Great house, great location, great beach!!

We had a wonderful stay at Merganser Ct. The beach was super close and there is a nice short pathway to it which was very useful when bringing beach gear for numerous kids. We loved spending the day on the beach and cooling off after dinner in the pool. We all enjoyed the short walk to the Salty Dog Ice Cream parlor, restaurant and shops. We appreciated the bike access as well, taking bike rides both through the paths and on the beach. We would highly recommend the house for one or two families and would definitely consider staying here again given all its great amenities and location!

A/C has issues and should be addressed; i don't think it ever turned off...went up to 77 during the day and took all night to cool back down. Otherwise, the house, layout, furnishings, and location were AWESOME!

Great location. This is the second time we have stayed here. The property could use some updating. Primary bedroom needs new carpet there are to many stains on it or it needs a good cleaning. It needs new pots, pans, cups and silverware. Also, the dishwasher doesn't get anything clean. Really all minor things. I would definitely stay here again. Its pet friendly, has a pool and fits my family.

Lovely Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at 4 Mersanger! The property is well kept and equipped with everything needed as a home away from home. It’s located on a tranquil lagoon where, just by chance, I was looking out the kitchen window and saw an approximately 8-foot alligator cruising by. Even though we’re used to seeing alligators where we live, it was still exciting to see one there. You just need to remember to leave them alone and they’ll leave you alone, and never feed them. The heated pool was wonderful, and we loved the peace and quiet. My son-in-law went surf fishing several times during our stay. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect property for our annual beach getaway. Many thanks to the homeowners and The Vacation Company.

We had a wonderful week. Location to beach doesn’t get much better. I will say that some attention really does need to be placed on having someone come in and truly clean EVERYTHING! The showers need help. Other than that the house is great. Hope to return next summer.

Excellent location but needs some TLc

While we enjoyed the location of this house (3 min walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to south beach marina/salty dog), it is in major need of TLC. Upon arrival, we called vacation company to let them know that the windows were extremely dirty (to the point you couldn’t see through them) and halfway through our stay, the keypad stopped working and we were locked out. To the Vacation Company’s credit, in each instance they sent someone right away and each of these issue was promptly resolved. We also loved the pool (although it is in need of cleaning), and the size was perfect for a family of 5. Upon check out, I let the company know of the following issues that we noticed throughout our stay so that they can be remedied for future guests. 1. General cleanliness- house smelled musty upon arrival/floors and counters were dusty. 2. Dining room table Light bulb needs replacing 3. Dog hair all over couch 4. Shower head in middle room needs replacing 5. Microwave button and door need to be fixed. 6. Ice maker makes ice but doesnt dispense through door 7. Stove - No labels on the stove and kept turning off. 8. Master Closet door doesnt close 9. Return Vents filthy 10. Bottom of Pool is very dirty, as is the surrounding pool deck (full of dirt). 11. Bunk room dresser drawer needs to be fixed. 12. There was tons of lint in dryer (fire hazard) 13. Need chair felt pads on kitchen chairs. They are very difficult to move on the tile. 14. Dryer doesnt fully dry. Takes at least two cycles even on the hottest/longest setting. Also note there is no child lock on the patio door so consider bringing your own or better yet, the house should come with one. I think this house definitely has the potential to be a 4/5 star house given its amazing location and great pool if the above items are addressed.

Perfect house and Location

The house is exactly as advertised and shown in the photos. The three bedrooms are each spacious and the open floor plan is excellent for families. We really enjoyed the pool and the quiet neighborhood which was only steps from the beach access and a couple minute walk to the Salty Dog. We really loved our 2 week stay and look forward to returning.

Beautiful house in great location!

The house was so nice, better than the pictures and perfect for the 9 of us! (Family of 5 and 2 sets of grandparents.) Easy walk to the beach and Salty Dog! Pool is very nice. You won’t be disappointed!

So Close to Beach and Salty Dog! Great pool!

We love Hilton Head and decided to stay in Sea Pines this time. So glad! There is so much to do and this property is very close to the beach, Salty Dog, and the many trails. The pool was great as was the covered porch. The kids absolutely loved the pool- it was the first thing they did after waking up! It was great to have bikes too! The home was nice and worked fine for our family. It could use a good cleaning. The property manager was quick to take care of our concerns. There were little things that were a little annoying but not a deal breaker (squeaky ceiling fan, difficult to lock sliding door, mismatched cooking and kitchen gear) We will come back to Sea Pines again for sure! Possibly to this property. Our family is growing and we may need a larger property next time.

STARTED OUT WITH SOME ISSUES - BUT ENDED UP GREAT!!!

When we checked in, the house was not clean. The kitchen and Master bathroom needed more attention. The couch in the living room had dog hair all over it. The outside area was also not clean. The covered outdoor seating area and pool area were not cleaned up at all. Sand and pine needles on everything. The outside of the master bedroom had a glass table pushed off to the side and no chairs. Not a great view. I called the office and they contacted Judy who takes care of housekeeping. She came right over. They also sent a gentleman to clean clean the couches and chairs in the living room. I wish I could remember his name. I also got a call from Ryan who works for the Vacation Company who seemed to work at some management level (if not he should be). He came right over to the house to talk to me about the issues. He cleaned up the outside areas. He also had me show him all the issues and damage that the house had prior to my arrival. I cannot say enough about the Ryan, Judy and the gentleman that cleaned the couches. They were all very accommodating, friendly and never argued with me about my concerns. I am writing about the negative issues so that any potential renter knows that any issues they may have with the house will be taken care of immediately. I was also nicely surprised when Ryan gave us 2 gift cards for dinner for our inconvenience. Overall I would say the house was nice and in a great location. Plenty of room for my family. Because of the attention I received on all my concerns at check in I will rent this house again. Thank you again to everyone that changed what started out a little stressful into a great time with my family!
