Excellent response from property manager for any repairs we needed. Went out of his way to get a nice gas grill for us and reboot the TV.

The condo was very dirty. The air vent in the kitchen was covered in dust. Not sure that any airflow could happen. Also, the fan in the master bedroom was covered in fifth. We had to wash the comforter in the master bedroom there was hair and twigs and all kinds of things on it. There was cobwebs behind the doors with all kinds of spiders in it. The couch had food, popcorn, money, cereal on and underneath the cushions. There was something running down the front of one of the chairs in the porch. The appliances all had to be cleaned. There was 20 inch walkway from the bed into the second bedroom’s bathroom. The ice machine did not work. I took pictures and video the place. I think that the owners need to find new cleaning people they are not doing their job!
