This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath House with outdoor deck can sleep 9 guests and is all yours. Comes with A/C, W/D and BBQ. (Front House can sleep 7, plz inquire).
Enjoy this prime Hilo location, just minutes away from beautiful beaches, shopping, and dining!
You will have the entire 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home to yourself. It sleeps 9 and includes:
- CEILING FANS & PORTABLE-AIR CONDITIONING UNITS IN EACH BEDROOM! - Master Bedroom with King Bed, Closet space, Mirror, Seating for 2, and en-suite Bathroom with Shower - Second Bedroom with Queen Bed and Twin Bed - Third Bedroom with BunkBed of Twin over Full Bed; Red Sofa Armchair that opens into a small Single Bed; Desk and Chairs; small closet - Living Room has a Sofabed that pulls out into a Queen Bed - Second Full Bathroom with Bath-Shower Combo, Sink & Toilet - Large Living Room with SmartTV, and comfy seating - Full Kitchen and fully stocked for cooking

Safe, residential area in Hilo. I will mention that this house does have some noise sometimes, of street traffic or the neighbors next-door.
We do provide A/C units and sound machines that help reduce the noise, as well as earplugs! :)
Best to have a car. We do provide rental cars on the Hilo side, please inquire!

- Sound travels easily. Please respect Quiet Hours from 9pm - 8am, so as to respect the neighbors.
- If you need an EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT please let us know at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE and we will try to accommodate you -- please note that it is NOT GUARANTEED THOUGH, and it depends on our cleaners and our booking schedule. If we are able to change things around to accommodate your request, please note that there will be a convenience charge of $20 per hour that that we are able to give early / late. We will request this via airbnb request.
- Only 1-2 Pets allowed upon request and payment of the Pet Fee. IMPORTANT: If you do bring your pet, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THEM ALONE & UNSUPERVISED IN THE HOUSE! As we have found the hard way that they will then bark non-stop and disturb the neighbors, as well as possibly do damage to the house when left unattended. So please do not plan on bringing them and then leaving them alone in the house while you go on excursions, etc. Also you must clean up after them or there will be a charge for that, thanks. (Sorry but we have learned things the hard way that we need to say these things).
