We loved our stay. Plenty of room for our whole family. The property was beautiful especially watching the horses in the evening and morning. It is the perfect location to all the tourist attractions. The host responded quickly to any questions We had. We would definitely stay again. The only thing I would recommend is the upstairs air conditioner could use replacing.

Perfect cabin rental

This was a very spacious and clean cabin. We had nine people and it slept nine easily. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to visit the Black Hills. The Jacuzzi is a nice touch.

Rushmore 2024

What originally was a bucket list item to see Mount Rushmore expanded for various sightseeing day trips. Location was centrally located for us to get to all our destinations including Bad Lands, Devils Tower, Mt. Rushmore, Custer Nat’l Park, Sturgis/Deadwood, and Crazy Horse. Amenities were fantastic - washer/dryer and hot tub were great to have!

Plenty of parking for a truck and trailer, side by side trails are close to this property as well as Hill City, Needles HWY and Custer State Park. The property manager, Kathleen, is great with communicating and very willing to answer any questions you may have!

Great place!

We had a good time….the house was perfect for our get together. There was enough plates and glasses for our crew and there was kitchen appliances like a crockpot. Big table for game playing. The hot tub was wonderful: clean and had good temperature. Lovely for a winter evening! I would rent it again!

Great for families

Had a great time over a long weekend. Location is excellent for day trips to various sites. The space was exactly what we needed - lots of room for the kids to have their own place. It was incredibly hot while we were there but we stayed cool enough at night with the window AC units and leaning the bedroom doors open to keep air circulating. Would stay again next time we are looking to visit the area. Easy checkin and checkout process.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at the cabin, there were 6 adults and 3 kids plenty of room for all. It was clean and well stocked. The location to all the fun places to go was very convenient. The only 2 negatives were the wifi is not good and the Direct TV did not work either. We would stay again.

Wonderful log cabin house

Very spacious house with great amenities. Only 5 minute's drive to Hill City town. Property manager was responsive to questions and issues and sent someone out when an issue had to be resolved. Nice area on a road with similar houses and spacious yards. Walking distance to a ranch to sign up for trail rides. The only thing that was an issue for our group, which the listing clearly says, is that the internet service is very limited. It's a dial up line and speed test showed around 300K (not Meg). We were able to do some emails and light internet searches. We have Verizon Wireless and service is very spotty to non-existent. We drove to Hill City and sat in the library parking lot for zoom calls and heavier internet service.

Great location

We were happy with our stay, cabin was nice. We loved the peacefulness of the location and the horses in the back yard. Access to an outdoor grill was a bonus. The location to activities is perfect. Wifi was terrible, if you need it for work purposes while away this is not the place for you. Tv service was also not great, Kathleen made attempts immediately to fix that but it still was not great. Hot tub was a must when I booked and we definitely got use out of it, could have been cleaner though. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Black Hills adventure

Cozy cabin! Everything was very clean and well kept, a wonderful log cabin feel. We made great use of the fire pit and the hot tub after a long day of activity in the hills.1 Perfect location for any Black Hills family adventure. Highly recommend.

Home was fine. Did not have central air, only 2 window air conditioners. Several outlets upstairs did not work. Property Manager was always available and helped where she could.

Perfect Property for a Black Hills Getaway

The cabin was perfect for our family of 9. The grandkids, ages 3, 4, and 6 had a blast with the upstairs loft space. The cabin had great spaces on the main level too. We were able to relax in the living room by the fireplace and the kitchen area with the large table accommodated us well. A bonus was seeing a couple dozen horses run by the cabin. We all enjoyed that. We loved the cabin and had a wonderful time there. Our property manager was very friendly and helpful which made reserving and checking in and out an easy process. Thanks for the amazing stay!
