"This was the worst experience ever. Hotel management gave very poor customer service. I checked in and was lied to about amenities. I didn't have a Mini fridge or a microwave the bed linen was dirty with what looked to be blood, and the sink, tub, and bathtub were absolutely dirty. Out of desperation I bought my own cleaning supplies and new bed linen with 2 new pillows. Hotel Room service took my pillows and did not reimburse me. When asked to replace, Hotel management said staff made a mistake but nothing could be done.The room became increasingly disgusting by the day. I checked out 2 days early because roaches began to flood the bathroom, with one smashed into the front door. Spoke with management and he offered for the room to be cleaned. I didn't take the offer. While at the front desk speaking to Hotel Management, I recorded him saying he would reimburse me for the lost 2 nights. I've yet to receive my reimbursement."
