Something for everyone here. Serenity can be found on the porches with a cup of coffee and family time can be enjoyed at the lake with swimming area shallow enough for young children. Kayaks for adults and teens. And a swim deck for the whole family.
Nearly 3000 square feet of living space with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (including one full bathroom outside) plus two well-equipped kitchens, one on main level and one downstairs with multiple coffee makers, blenders, pots and pans and full appliances in both. Pass through bar from kitchen area on bottom floor to outside and Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom on upper floor.
Sits on approx. 2.2 acre (plus leaseback) with approx 300 ft. of waterfront and a 2 story boathouse. Outside you find a concrete circle drive, 4-car carport on concrete for plenty of room for parking and/or easy boat trailer maneuvering
Great views of the lake from all levels. Neighborhood boat launch nearby.
The house has a mid-lake location on the Texas side of Toledo Bend and Cypress Bend can be seen across the lake.
Boat house is well lit with a hammock for afternoon relaxing and an upper deck for great views of the open lake.
Sleeps 11+ with King Size Bed in Master upstairs and in downstairs bedroom and then another King bed and Queen bed in other two bedrooms plus a twin size daybed with a twin trundle downstairs. Additional Queen sleeper sofa in the main floor and 2 twin roll away beds, air mattresses and linens can be found in downstairs closet.

Great place to stay and relax

The house has more then enough space for our group that went and easy access to lake and fishing we had weather come in while we were there so didn't get to enjoy the lake as much as we wanted but still enjoyed ourselves with a very relaxing getaway still

The property was beautiful and very clean!!! My kids loved the boathouse which is w where we stayed most of the day and night!!! Loved the swimming area even though it was a little cold!!!! Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We loved the fishing dock and swimming area. Each bedroom was separated and private with access to bathrooms. The grandkids loved playing checkers and darts inside. The views were spectacular in the morning. The house was nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Having kayaks was fun for the grandkids to row around the cove in. Everyone had a great time at this rental. We are definitely booking this one again!

Amazing stay!

House had everything we needed to accomodate our large group! We were 4 families with approximately 22-24 people! Everyone had a place to sleep!! Lots of extras like water noodles, floats, folding chairs and the grill. The host was super accessible and answered quickly. Over all we have this place saved under a favorite to come back to.

Stayed with friends and family for an extended weekend. Absolutely loved this property. Pretty much spent the entire weekend outside at the boat dock enjoying the water and fishing. It was the best trip ever. It was so much fun and relaxing in spite of the weather. The kids took the kayaks out and explored the banks and we sat on the dock in the swings and enjoyed the view. The house has everything to offer. We fried fish, we barbecued and so much more. Plan to book again

Relaxing getaway

This was out first time to Toledo Bend, and we were so impressed with this property. The house had plenty of room and was very clean! We had 3 families in the home, and there were places for the kids as well as the adults. The view of the lake and dock were amazing. Brandon was very helpful and available for questions.The neighborhood is small, safe, and the people were friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing and funnn!!!

We stayed for 2 weeks and had such a wonderful time. We were able to have fun and relax whenever the time was right. We had family come see us sporadically for a couple special occasions and were just delighted to be able to have plenty of space amongst us. There are plenty little hang out areas and the kayaks were so fun. We definitely are hooked!!! Brandon was pleasant to deal with we would love to come back ASAP!!! Thank you!!

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful, clean, with plenty of room. Many different sitting areas outside including the back porch, a screened in porch and deck with an outside bathroom. Boat house was very nice, with deck on top. We loved sitting in the swinging chairs on the boat house deck! The view of the lake was spectacular. We were able to park two boats underneath the carport to keep them out of the weather which was a bonus! Highly recommend this property! Owner was very friendly and responsive.

Lakeside Dream

Every person in our family continued to say how awesome this place was all weekend. The layout was perfect! There was room for everyone. We fished, played games, played on the hill, had a fire and so much more. It was absolutely perfect. You will NOT find better! Communication with the owner was top notch. The place was perfect and we really didnt need to contact him, but when we did, he was so friendly and helpful. Can not recommend this place enough! Our goal is to be back this summer!

BEST TIME EVER!

The property is beautiful inside and outside. The house was very clean and has everything you need from toiletries to cooking to just having a great time and relaxing. There was plenty of space for our family and friends. We spent most of our time outside. The weather was great! Lots of trees, shade, and chairs for just hanging out outside. The boathouse was awesome. We brought a pontoon and a bass boat. Both boats fit nicely in it. The swim deck was also a big plus for us. We swam and fished from it. We had the BEST time!!

Needs help

The interior of the house was fine clean and well decorated. The exterior landscape and decks need help, the dock was in dis repair and was unusable for my boat. I would have thought for the price everything would have been A+ but it came up short. I was surprised to see a sign at the entrance that said no VRBOs allowed and that there were for sale signs on the dock and street .

This place was great! Perfect for a family vacation. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were 3 couples, 3 teens and 6 kids 8 and under. Amazing vacation!!!

What an awesome vacation rental!! The house was so great but the dock was the best part! The kids loved the kayaks and spent almost all day outside. The hill to the dock is fairly steep but even our 84 year old parents were able to maneuver down to sit and watch the great grandkids. The home has everything you would need for a great vacation and the few minor issues we had (no power for 18 hours due to a horrendous storm overnight) Brandon was immediately responsive and checked in to make sure we were ok. Thanks so much, we had a great week and can’t wait to go back soon!!
