Good stay - hotel was clean, modern and tidy. The bar was well serviced, breakfast was good quality however it was rather busy and took a while to get service but this wasn’t down to staff not working - probably because we were at peak time. Would stay again

Great two night stay

Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfortable and close to Harry Potter Studios. Free minibar in premier room. Spacious room (104) with large bathroom away from main bedroom area. Food was a little pricey but expected at hotels and was delicious. Good breakfast.

I guess we didnt have enough time to enjoy or relax as we were there for ny daughters wedding . A bit disappointed by our room it wasn't to our standards and the front desk receptionist seemed to be confused too.

Very good hotel and the staff were all really lovely and friendly - the only thing that let them down was the fact that they were behind so there were delays but that may have been due to short staff. Other than that I couldn’t fault them
